Service advisor (Eddie) was friendly and informative. He kept me advised along the way (I waited for the car). Considering I had the car for about 8 months, I was curious how everything looked. Even though it was a free service offered by the dealership, the personnel were very attentive and informative. One negative: they informed me that beginning in December they will no longer be accepting payment at the dealership. It is my understanding that at that time all payments will be processed through an App. While this may be the wave of the future, I don't like it. More

Overall my experience dealing with George personally was very good. Unfortunately when my husband went to check out the car it was George’s day off and despite making an appointment he had to wait over 30 m very good. I had a warranty issue and I only had 100 miles before my warrant expired. My service advisor, (Alisha) was superb in that she was professional, provided me with all of the information I require, provided m warrant expired. I had purchased and serviced my car from bmw of Sudbury for many years. I had just dropped of my car at the dealership last week for radiator and brake work. Following up through the process does make things much simpler and he certainly did just that. More
