Chavin is the best service advisor I have ever worked with. He definitely gave me the impression that the customer comes first. I felt that he was on my side and was making all options transparent and had me sit in his office until I felt comfortable with my options and his explanations. He’s also just a decent person. And had great curtesy through out my visit. He actually walked me to my vehicle when it was driven around and opened my door for me. The car also had never been washed so well. I hope Chavin continues to move up in the organization at BMW Sudbury and takes on continued leadership positions. He made my experience yesterday. I left feeling content with the service option I chose and my overall experience. He added the human touch that is sometimes lacking in such visits. I hope to work with Chavin again. The district manager kept my truck for the 30 day period so I couldn't get the things fixed it needed they did 0 maintaining to it it needed everything done n over 1500 dollars it cost needed a new front se so I couldn't get the things fixed it needed they did 0 maintaining to it it needed everything done n over 1500 dollars it cost needed a new front seat cover they damaged my truck on delivery n didn't replace the tailgate they charged me the 1200 for the ceramic coating that was never put on they scratched my whole truck with swirls n purposely scratched big ones and dented it they put over 1000 miles on it refused to give me corporate #. It needed brakes n roters n everything flushed they did nothing but drive it around left 2 dry rot tires on it that cost 900 for 2 it's a 2020 lt trail boss I asked them to fix the issues n they refused 2. I went in for an oil change and for them to check the car over. My experience was great. The dealership is very clean and the staff is very professional.
