The quality and level of professionalism is gone as well. This dealer has changed into a high pressure sales force which won't leave you alone. I have waisted more time on the phone with "newly assigned sales persons assigned to me" than I have ever seen. When walking into the showroom, knowing exactly what I wanted to buy (new X5) and ready to sign the paperwork, I was faced with listening to all the reasons why I should select a different engine, heads up display, etc., etc. This was to a point where I just thanked the salesman(s), plus his manager or helper? and walked out. I then drove all the way to the North Shore and purchased a new X5 from the Peabody dealership, where the salesman was very professional and didn't try selling me at all. This was very disappointing, time consuming and should be reviewed by whomever oversees BMW dealerships. My travel now to the North Shore is almost 45 minutes of my time - what a waist. My next vehicle may be another brand as this is now very inconvenient for me. I have since received numerous calls from Foreign Motors West, numerous emails from Chambers Motors - all of which I have begged to be removed from!!! This new management is one to stay far away from. What ever happened to the quality folks who used to work there? More

so I had a few issues with my car and took it to FMW as I always do and kate was my CA. I have been updated daily and never had to wonder what was going on. The technician that did the work was excellent and did a nice clean complete job. no dirty hand prints or old parts left in the trunk (dont laugh happened twice at other dealers).All in all I am happy to say FMW has done another painless top notch job. After searching for months looking for the right Certified Pre-Owned X3, we finally found it online at Herb Chambers/FMW. Everything about the vehicle was right and I placed a $500 credit card deposit on the vehicle to hold it until we could get down there to check it out the next evening. We were fully prepared to buy it on that visit. We live and work in northern NH, nearly three hours away, and when we started out for FMW after work, it was raining, snowing, freezing, foggy, etc. so we called the salesperson and said we had to call it off until the next night. The next night came and we leave work early, drive three hours to learn that they had sold the vehicle out from under us!! I was xx to say the least, but what prompted me to smear these guys was the cavalier attitude of the obnoxious Pre-Owned sales manager who told me "hey, it's the end of the month and I need to make numbers....... I get a hundred people a day who want me to hold cars for them and I'm not losing sales." So folks, it's a numbers game with these guys and if you don't like the treatment you get, move over and get out of the way because there are plenty of other stiffs out there in metro Boston they can prey on. This just reaffirms why I have purchased cars from private sales for all these years...... you meet some really nice people and don't have to deal with these creeps. More

Brake Lining light lit up at 35k. Did an inspection 1 at the same time. Replaced rotors and pads under warranty. Told them I was hearing noise in the front end from every little bump. Told them I was hearing static on AM when I step on thhe brakes. They installed an additional ground wire (per bulletin). Told them the hesitation in the acceleration was bugging me and they reprogrammed the EGS with new software.<br><br>I dropped it at 7:30 and it was ready at 5 just as they said it would be. The handling is vastly improved, and the 3.0 seems like a different beast with the new transmission program. More
