I looked online and found what i was looking for. then I called and spoke with Sara she was informative, honest and plasent. when i went to dealer ship she introduced me to Joe , I was getting ready for the high pressure sales approach but was I in for surprise. again professional, knowledgeable, carring. what is the world coming to? is this a car dealership? Joe introduced me to Kosta general manger who made me feel very comfortable told me if Iever need any thing and Joe not around I can call him directly. This dealership is a beautiful new facility with a knowledgeable sales staff who do not pounce on you once you walk into the door. It's a very nice alternative to other BMW franchises in-town. Unlike at other dealerships where it is a lengthy process just to test drive vehicles, at BMW of Sudbury, you go drive first and then deal with computerized forms and paperwork later. My experience with Steve Shifman was a pleasant one. Steve delivered personal service. We found a beautiful red 2003 CLK430 Mercedes online and located at this dealership. We have worked with Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington so we did not hesitate to contact this Herb Chambers dealer. Once again, we were met by friendly, knowledgeable salesperson who went above and beyond to put us in the driver seat of this awesome car. Steve made sure every question was answered and took the time to verify that all the booklets were there for our future reference. He even made sure to test both keys - one did not work and he did not hesitate to let us know it would be replaced free of charge. This is our first Mercedes vehicle and I'm sure it won't be our last. Thank you very much to everyone at this Sudbury location and especially to Steve Shifman - he's terrific! More

I received great customer service at BMW of Sudbury, from sales associate Heather Turmenne, even though I've never bought anything there and came in asking questions about a used BMW that I had just bought t sales associate Heather Turmenne, even though I've never bought anything there and came in asking questions about a used BMW that I had just bought the day before at a completely separate Subaru dealership! The staff where I had bought this car didn't know how to set me up for BMW's onboard safety feature "BMW Assist," which was my main reason for stopping by a BMW Center the very next day. Even though I clearly wasn't about to make another car purchase anytime real soon, Heather went out of her way to make me feel welcome at BMW of Sudbury. She not only arranged to transfer the car's complimentary membership in "BMW Assist" into my name, in case I would need emergency assistance while driving, but she also helped me to schedule a maintenance appointment for a free inspection for the car, came out to the car and "paired" my cell phone with the car's onboard computer so I could use it for hands-free calling, copied my cell phone's address book into the car's computer, and set up several of the car's available programmable buttons for my convenience and taste, to make some daily operations easier. I felt very welcome at BMW of Sudbury, and I got a big boost towards fully enjoying my "new" BMW, even though I had bought it elsewhere. More
