My wife and I came into Sudbury BMW to purchase our first BMW. This was a big deal for us as we have bnever purchased a luxury car before and I wanted to be sure that we were dealing with a reputable dealers BMW. I can not say enough positive things for how well we were treated by Jonathan and the rest of the staff. Jonathan was very professional and helpful. The staff also helped me 'surprise' my wife with the delivery of our BMW X5 with a large Red bow. My wife works at TJX Corp headquarters. I brought the X5 over to the parking lot of the office, put the big red bow on the car and called her on her phone to come look out the window. By then there must have been about 50 people looking out the window at our beautiful X5 with the Red bow! Many of my wife's colleagues drive BMW's and everyone heard that her's was from Sudbury BMW. Thanks Again! More

The reason for my visit to Herb Chambers in Sudbury was I was not thrilled with the salesman assigned to me at my old dealership.My lease was coming to an end and after test driving eveything under the sun , was not thrilled with the salesman assigned to me at my old dealership.My lease was coming to an end and after test driving eveything under the sun ,I realized I wanted to stick with BMW ,just not the salesman assigned to my lease end.So I took a ride over to Sudbury and was promptly met outside by James Affannato. I explained to him what I wanted and he made it happen Everyone was very helpful and did their jobs well and efficiently.This is my third lease with BMW and found it to be the easiest with James and the staff at Herb Chambers in Sudbury. Buying a pre-owned BMW from Herb Chambers in Sudbury was nothing short of a pleasant experience. My parents, nearing retirement, felt it was necessary to bring me along so they don’t get “swindled”. They may be the typical customer when it comes to purchasing a car, but certainly advanced when it comes to the research. 3 years of preparation, saying "next year is the year", finally came to an end. We even scouted the several different lots and all the websites looking for the best deal. We had 2 criteria: 1. The car of my mother's dream 2. PRICE. This task was nothing short of a difficult challenge, so I felt sorry for the sales rep that had the "pleasure" enlisting for this daunting task-- providing the best service. It was fairly obvious from the start how unnecessary my presence was because Jim Affannato was an honest, trustworthy sales rep with the obvious intension for helping my parents. To me, it was clear that he was looking out for their best interests. A couple of weekends of talking, test drives, searching, and ultimately criticizing,and Jim stay diligent through the process. He was never pushy or demanding and was willing to take the time to find the car of my mother's dream. We saw cars that were compromises, the trim was a little off, the color wasnt right, the warranty was about to expire, the miles were too high. I felt like all hope was lost, but Jim stayed consistent-- asked questions about we were looking for, so he could provide us with the dream car. The following Saturday, a black, low mileage, 4-years left on the warranty, excellent trim, cold weather packaged 3 series shows up on the lot. We get an email to see if this car was the car. Excited, we went and looked at the car and walked around and stared at it for a good thirty minutes. Patiently waiting was Jim with the keys. The minute we walk in he knew we wanted to drive it. We all get in, for the test drive. Needless to say, this was the vehicle, but the hard part came next -- haggling... The sticker price on the car was already marked down from the KBB estimated value (i tripled checked). Even more so, he still enetertained our requests for a better price. Although it was a tough bargain, he understood this was the car we wanted. After a few minutes of negotiations, we got the car at the price we wanted-- no compromise on our end. And we still didnt compromise on the trim, color, etc on the vehicle. Everything was off the wishlist. Jim had plenty of opportunities to put us in a car we almost-loved, but he patiently waited until the right one came. And when it did, the price was right, too. We are loyal customers of BMW (Foreign Motors and then Herb Chambers), since 2000. We continue to support their dealership because of salesreps like Jim. We wouldnt keep going back if it was anything less than perfect. ; however, I was fairly unnecessary after we met Jim. Jim was honest and upfront during the whole process. We had done our research and set a level of expectation, only to find out he was prepared also and was able to better our expectations. He looked out for our best interests from the beginning and knowingly received a fair deal during an easy process. He was helpful and attentive, but was not pushy. He respected that the process would take us couple of days and didn’t try to pressure us into something we were not ready for. Patience was what we need and patience is what we got. Ultimately, we find the exact preowned vehicle that met every bullet point on our wishlist—we didn’t have to compromise on color, trim AND even the price! More
While travelling to the MA area from Buffalo, NY, we fell into one of their infamous potholes resulting in 2 bent rims on my '08 335 ix. It was late on a Friday and we had plans for the entire evening and the next day as well and the car was barely driveable. We called the dealership and spoke to the service department, explaining our situation. We were told to bring the car in and that we would need to speak to the service manager the next morning. We did exactly that and with a bit of luck because the rim type we needed was in stock (albeit very expensive!!) by 1 PM that Saturday we were back on the road. Thankful for having the replacement rims installed allowing us to continue with the weekend plans I forgot to indicate I was a BMW club member and elligible for a 10% discount (on a $900 bill). By this time we were back home and while looking at their website to to see if they did in fact honor the club member discount, I stumbled on a 10% discount coupon they happened to be offering. A few phone calls resulted in getting 10% put back on my credit card. They really helped us out of a tough situation...thanks! More

I knew exactly what I wanted and at other dealerships I have often had painful experiences after selecting the car and coming to an agreement on price. This time, just like last time, Mike Cerrone made this experience as easy and pain free as possible. He helped the process move along very efficiently and was extremely helpful. I buy and sell many cars and my two experiences with Mike have by far been the best. Thanks for all of your hard work! More
I leased a 335i from the dealership in October. When I had a check engine light come on recently, I contacted Jason to find out the best way to handle getting an appointment and he offered to find out more info for me. Within a few hours not only did I have an answer on thye problem (a programming recall) but had an appointment that was sooner than I was expecting. I highly recommend Jason, Kosta, and BMW of Sudbury! Terrific experience! More
I met James last fall while waiting for a quick repair to my 2001 X5. I knew I was interested in a new car, but at the time the choices for 2011 models were quite limited. James kept in touch via e-mail (my preference), letting me know when new models arrived. During the next few months I explored other possibilities - Audi, Mercedes Benz - and visited a BMW dealership that was closer to my home. When I finally decided that the 535xi was my model of choice, I knew I wanted to revisit James (even though his dealership was farther away!) In one short afternoon appointment, we were able to find two cars that satisfied my needs; the prices were competitive (without all that unnecessary back and forth to the manager nonsense) and the quick appraisal of my X5 was reasonable. I took delivery of my new car three days later... James and all the folks at BMW of Sudbury - including Jason (sales manager) and Michael (finance) - made the entire experience a delight! More
