I am a former customer of Herb Chambers Lexus. I purchased my last car in 2007 and was extremely happy with the professionalism and product knowledge of my representative. I was contemplating ordering a new Lexus but I wanted to get into a luxury sedan. I noticed the BMW 535 series that caught my eye and I looked up Herb Chambers to see if he had any other stores that carried this brand. I located the BMW of Sudbury that is owned by Herb Chambers and I wanted to see if they valued their customers from one dealership to another. I first walked through their lot to see which model peaked my interest, and I looked at their prices next. Mike Ouellette greated me in the lot and he asked me if he could help me in some way. I told him that I was interested in the 5 Series and he asked me several questions that would help me make my decision in selecting the right model. Mike I have to say is unlike most car salesman I have ever met. I always felt extremely uncomfortable whenever I bought a car from other dealerships and Mike just made everything so much easier for me to select the right model and options. If you are interested in a BMW I would strongly urge you to ask for Mike Ouellette. I am going to purchase another BMW for my wife in the next week or two. Thanks Mike, Dana Lurie More

Just bought a new car from this dealership. I worked with Michael Ouellette and appreciated his customer service orientation and his honesty. I was also looking at an Audi A5 and was able to have an ho with Michael Ouellette and appreciated his customer service orientation and his honesty. I was also looking at an Audi A5 and was able to have an honest conversation with them while discussing price. I was very satisfied with the price we agreed upon. Like all dealers once you buy the car they offer lots of additional packages extended warranty, lowjack, simonizing etc but I can honestly say that did not over push these products. I bought the car on a thursday and they had it ready for me with new plates and a full tank of gas the next day. There was a slight mix-up in the car I eventually choose -- it turned out to have more additional options than they thought when we agreed on a price --- they HONORED the price we had verbally agreed to even though it meant I got about $1000 of additional options for free. I also like that unlike some other car makes, BMW includes a 5 year/50,000 mile free maintainence plan where all maintaince is covered for free -- oil changes, etc. This is my first BMW - assuming I like the car which I am expecting to - I would go back to this dealership. No back and forth. We arrived at a fair price quickly and without any drama. Once the sale was completed, the delivery of the vehicle went very smoothly. Michael has also done a good job following up with me to see if I had any questions or concerns around my new purchase. I was so pleased with my experience with Michael and BWM of Sudbury, I have already recommended the dealership to two of my friends who are interested in purchasing a BMW!
