John was very outgoing and professional, listening to our needs and wants before taking us out for a test ride. He made the entire process, with the purchase of my 2016 X3 35i a pleasure. His knowledge of the product he sells, was most evident on the test ride, and while talking in the showroom. The purchasing experience, and everyone that we worked with, exceeded expectations. HC BMW is definitely not one of these dealers who look down on you because you couldn't purchase a 70k new vehicle. Since I am also an international student from Canada, the process (paper work) of owning a car in the state of MA was definitely a disaster. However, glad I met Wilson Dowridge. Mr. Dowridge was an very patient and hard working man who helped me through the entire process. Strongly recommended if you are from out of the state or country. More
