Salesperson was pretty knowledeable; but he had trouble returning my phone calls over the order/delivery process. They deliverd the car to me without enough coolent, not exactly top knotch there. I had a very pleasant experience at BMW of Sudbury. Both Henry and Jason were helpful in finding me a great deal on my lease (27 months 2011 328 xi with premium package and navigation). They were also flexible enough to change my request; from a car w/o navigation to w/ navigation (after the fact that I had already ordered), and that too on a very good deal. I was trading in my 2009 Nissan Altima (1 accident record - a drunk driver with BAC more than 0.2....go figure!)and I believe I got a good value out of that car which I used towards my lease down payment. The entire purchase process was smooth with great follow-through. The car I ordered was not available at their dealership so they got it from a different dealer (no additional price) through some sort of an inter-dealership program that BMW has. Overall, I'm very happy with my lease deal and since then I have already recommended BMW of Sudbury to quite a lot of my interested colleagues. More

I needed a new car and fast. My previous BMW had been ruined in an accident and though I was driving a Jeep for the summer, the Jeep's life was fading pretty rapidly. I stopped by BMW of Sudbury to check what they had to offer, as I'd seen a Jeep on their lot and figured, 'Hey, maybe I can get into that.' I did some quick talking with Jon who was more than willing to let me take a ride in the Jeep and answered all my questions. The prices were reasonable and because there's no haggling involved, I felt like I didn't have to bargain. I just knew what I wanted to spend on a car. Well it turned out the Jeep wasn't for me but Jon's manager Jason suggested I check out a BMW they were bringing in. A day later I was picked up by Jon at my work for a test drive and I bought it two days later. I can't say enough about the service I received at BMW of Sudbury. Both Jason and Jon were extremely professional and candid as well. From the first day I was there to the day of pickup I didn't feel like this was a standard business transaction at all. There was no pressure and no nonsense. Not only will I continue to bring my car here for any service required, but the next time I need a car I look forward to being sold again by either of these two fine salesmen. More

Several weeks ago I had the opportunity to work with Michael Ouellett on the possible purchase of a used x3 BMW. Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and I very much enjoye Michael Ouellett on the possible purchase of a used x3 BMW. Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and I very much enjoyed working with him. While I did not, in the end, purchase a BMW,right now, I did appreciated Micheal's sensitive and low-pressure manner in response to my decision. I am a former customer of Herb Chambers Lexus. I purchased my last car in 2007 and was extremely happy with the professionalism and product knowledge of my representative. I was contemplating ordering a new Lexus but I wanted to get into a luxury sedan. I noticed the BMW 535 series that caught my eye and I looked up Herb Chambers to see if he had any other stores that carried this brand. I located the BMW of Sudbury that is owned by Herb Chambers and I wanted to see if they valued their customers from one dealership to another. I first walked through their lot to see which model peaked my interest, and I looked at their prices next. Mike Ouellette greated me in the lot and he asked me if he could help me in some way. I told him that I was interested in the 5 Series and he asked me several questions that would help me make my decision in selecting the right model. Mike I have to say is unlike most car salesman I have ever met. I always felt extremely uncomfortable whenever I bought a car from other dealerships and Mike just made everything so much easier for me to select the right model and options.
