Both David Williamson and Tom Hamilton went above and beyond with the sale, customer service, and quick turnaround of my vehicle. One year ago, I visited this dealership to take a test drive and met David Williamson. He understood that I was there for a test drive and to be introduced to the BMW experience. After doing a full year of research on a number of vehicles I was finally settled on the exact X1 that interested me. When I returned, David was right there ready to make an aggressive deal. The level of customer service that I experienced was above and beyond the best of my life! After the deal was done, David even gave me a ride to the bank to square away a very minor finance hurdle! BMW Sudbury made a fast turnaround from the sale to the delivery of the vehicle that I didn't even know was possible! But, the best thing about the sale was that David continued to contact me and check in via phone and email to confirm that I was a satisfied customer. It was not just a sale to him, or BMW Sudbury, but an opportunity to gain a lifelong BMW fan and owner! Weak sales experience I have purchased 5 BMW's from Herb Chambers and have been a highly loyal customer. I recently decided to purchase either a 3 series wagon or an Audi a I have purchased 5 BMW's from Herb Chambers and have been a highly loyal customer. I recently decided to purchase either a 3 series wagon or an Audi allroad. I test drove the BMW with a very nice salesperson and indicated that I wanted to compare it with the Audi, which he understood. About a week later, I received an email from a salesperson I'd never met asking me about the 3 series wagon. At the same time, I was having an excellent experience with the Audi dealership and the salesperson there, who, among other things, gave me an excellent price offer minutes after I requested it. After receiving this offer, I requested a price on a specific vehicle from the 2nd salesperson from BMW. After being told the car was sold, he suggested another vehicle and gave me the specs. I responded quickly and requested a price, assuming it would be a quick email turnaround. After waiting two days, which was two days too long, I had already decided to go with Audi, but I did finally receive a price on the BMW. I'd done plenty of research and knew what to expect, but the offer was at least a few thousand above current market pricing, so not only was I very disappointed by the delay, but then insulted by this 'best price offer'. So, after many purchases, BMW lost a long time customer. I know this dealership is well regarded, but my experience in trying to purchase a vehicle was definitely sub-par for this brand. More

Like a lot of people, I don't relish the idea of shopping for a car. But I have to say Curtis and HCS really made the process an enjoyable one. Curtis was polite, professional, very knowlegable about the cars, and was very earnest in assisting me. There was no "sales pressure," and Curtis spent an hour with me when I picked up the car going over the details of the car ranging from the various controls through the idrive infotainment system. The car is pretty awesome! Perhaps my only regret is that I can't do this more often. Brent Clark More

Billy is very thorough and will spend as much time with you making sure you are comfortable with any vehicle, while paying attention to every detail all the way through delivery of your vehicle.
