They stand behind their products and keep their word. No BS or games at this dealership unlike the one in Norwood. They price their inventory fairly and don't low ball you on your trade. Our sales specialist was Peter Vargo who was always prompt in getting back to us and for keeping his word. Chelsea was also super easy to work with during our research stage. I have a feeling that we'll continue doing business with this dealership. More

This was the 4th new BMW my husband and I bought from Henry Ding in the past 10 years. What a great experience to work with Henry! He listened to our needs and always came up the best options for us to choose from. Also not to mention he worked so diligently throughout each step of sales proposals, price negotiations, old car trading in, financing to new car delivery and allowed the deal to be wrapped up in one visit! Planning to sell the car and lea Visited for my 2006 BMW 325XI Service (check engine light) and they did what they could to provide me a good advice. Planning to sell the car and lease another one later this year. They gave me good options to how to sell the car (as-is) and get better value out of it without spending more money on repairs. My advice to the buyers is to not own these premium cars after the warranty/certification time period is over. It makes sense to rather buy or lease brand new instead (depending on your driving needs). More
