Horrible experience when i visited this dealership. I was looking to purchase a pre owned 328 xi. Henry refused to let me test drive this vehicle. Went in to pick up my 3 series, but also wanted to look into Trading for a 5 series. I saw a car I wanted online and so had already decided to see it. I had been emailed by a Brian Jung and thought I wou into Trading for a 5 series. I saw a car I wanted online and so had already decided to see it. I had been emailed by a Brian Jung and thought I would be dealing with him. Instead I had to deal with Henry Ding. He was very rude. Right away said " Herb Chambers does not negotiate on the price of their cars". I have never heard of such a thing, but if true, they do not get my business. There are plenty of other dealerships out there, including where I bought my 3 series. I only went there cause at this point they had the car I liked and I was picking up my 3 series anyway, but I am not in any rush. Additionally they totally low balled me on the trade in value of my 3 series. Oh well, no big deal to me. Can keep looking, but they just lost a good customer because of one sales persons arrogance. Went to the dealership to buy a car and could not get help. When we finally did we were asked to wait because they were busy with customers, what was I? Bought a great car, but it did not pass inspectio help. When we finally did we were asked to wait because they were busy with customers, what was I? Bought a great car, but it did not pass inspection and pulled to the left. Sales Manager Chris Rich promised to pay for the repairs, until they were done and then he wanted to pay for half of them. Accused me of doing damage to the car in the 7 days I owned it and indicated he was not obliged to fix latent defects to the vehicle he was just doing it for goodwill. Of course the car was perfect when he sold it and now it has issues, becasue of me. I will never recommend or go ther again, ever. More

They fooled me by saying that they are giving me a very good rate for the Presidents day and all the crap. At the end of the deal I over paid 5k for the same car.The car's wind shield has chip work to be done which I will probably have my insurance company cover and the detailing which was promised was never done. I had agreed to assist my mother (in her 80's) to upgrade her current mid-90's Buick and proceeded to look for a late model reliable car that would suit her needs. I live in Sudbury and have my business just over the Sudbury/Marlborough border and was familiar with the dealership and had a sense that their used car inventory was first class. While I was not particularly looking for a BMW, preferring front wheel drive to rear wheel drive especially for my mother's purposes, I found a a 328 xi (all wheel drive) car that fit the bill nicely. I did my own test drive with Kevin and then followed-up with my mother's test drive. During her test drive, her nervousness with the car was evident, yet Kevin showed an exemplory level of patience with her, never ceasing to explain the functions of the car to her and answer her many questions. He made the deal comfortable and when the day came to inspect the car, he endeavored to make all things right. He meticulously reviewed everything about the car with her, again never losing patience despite some level of necessary repetition. The car was picked up late on a Friday and Kevin was following up before 9 a.m. on Monday to see, as he put it, "whether my mother was getting comfortable with her BMW and enjoying her new car". I am not easily pleased by the typical experiences involved in purchasing a car, but I cannot praise this young man enough. I would earnestly recommend this dealership to friends, family, business associates, etc., and it would come with a special recommendation to seek out Kevin Conrad as the sales representative with whom to speak. More

Couldn't have been easier to select my car, understand the optional feature and make the choices. John has a lot of patience, explains things clearly and concisely. He made himself available according to my schedule, and coordinated all the other personnel and services I needed to purchase my new car. The dealership in general is very accommodating. In terms of price, let's face it BMW's are not cheap - but you get what you pay for and I was pleased to have been given a discount for having purchased from this dealership previously. More

Thank you sales - They would not ever give you the right pricing in writing , always calling n times a day over phone and when they land up to take advantage of 2011 year incentives ( BMW - not dealer) they back out and change the pricing model - excluding items they have promised over the phone. Just switch and bait. I gathered the courage to walk to walk out at the very last moment.. but lost my BMW 2001 incentives . Always get the selling price minus manufacturer incentives and always get it in writing . Otherwise it is a waste of your time and money some thing which the dealers never pay for. More
