It was a great experience buying a BMW at BMW of Sudbury. Jason Hawksley was exceptional sales person. He understood what I wanted asked all the relevant questions and found out some excellent certified cars Jason Hawksley was exceptional sales person. He was informative and had a very thorough knowledge about the cars and options they had. Signing the deal was made very easy as he understood my trading-in requirements and offered a very fair deal. Jason made sure everything was so reasonable that I didn't have to go through bargaining or negotiation hassles. The prices quoted by Jason for CPO BMW 3 series I bought were very reasonable and very competitive as compared to the market value of the vehicle on NADA and KBB. I have always seen car buying as a very painful and stressful experience but I would like to thank Jason for making the car buying experience fantastic and enjoyable. At no point in dealing with Jason, I felt he was unreasonable. He displayed excellent interpersonal skills. David was fantastic while doing the finances on the car and he had excellent knowledge about various combinations of deals, loan terms and maintenance options. He has a vivid personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Having worked in finance before I was very apprehensive when I first started the deal but as I spoke with David, I was assured that deal had lot of customer benefit. He was excellent is showing the exact numbers and very patient as I tried various permutations before finalizing a combination of add-on benefits I chose. Overall BMW of Sudbury buying experience was fantastic and enjoyable and at no time I felt it was stressful. The sales and post sales people were friendly, customer minded and especially at no point in time pushed me for making a deal. More

Our client adviser Sean Murtagh provided us very friendly and efficient service. Their car price is straightforward, reasonable, so save us some time to bargain. It's a very impressive experience , so we bought the car in just one night. Mr. Sean gave us very detailed explanation and spent some time to give us all instructions about our car after we purchased, and also provided follow up call to make sure we don't have any problem. Buying car could be a very stressing thing, but we did have enjoyable experience at Herb Chambers with Mr. Sean's help. We would certainly recommend people to buying car there. I just bought a previously owned 2011 328xi after being referred by a friend. My husband and I arrived at 7p on a Thursday - we were greeted promptly, helped out immediately and when we were required to b referred by a friend. My husband and I arrived at 7p on a Thursday - we were greeted promptly, helped out immediately and when we were required to be passed to another salesman (Jason Hawkley) due to the first already having a previously scheduled appointment, Jason had no issue picking up where we left off with the first gentleman. I like the fact there was no dickering over the previously owned cars (slightly lower or equal in price to the same style and car I had been looking at on line at other places). Also you should know the longer it is on the lot the price is reduced. Jason worked very hard to not only help but accommodate my busy schedule when I needed to come back the next day to speak with financing and for my registration. I felt some pressure of being up sold specially times by the financing person - but I expect that pretty much with any car dealership. I love my new vehicle have already referred another friend to see Jason and would be more than happy to buy from this location again. More

I recently purchased a used Audi from the BMW of Sudbury and was blown away by my experience. I was looking at a used car that was not a BMW and was amazed at how well I was treated. They helped guide me through the entire process and went out of their way to make things as easy and painless as possible. The attitude of everyone I worked with was exemplary. During the test drive, I noticed that the car appeared to be almost due for some sort of maintenance. They immediately looked into it and even had the car taken to their Audi dealership to ensure that appropriate service was performed before I was to take possession of the vehicle. I was visiting my sister from Philly, and my X5 broke down on New Year's Eve! James Crosby, and his associates listed above, treated me, a stranger from a dealership 400 miles away, like family. He arranged a loaner car so that my sister and our sons could pass the time at the Natick Mall, and had the work completed within a few hours. This service associate kept me in the loop regarding the repair progress and had my SUV back on the road by the afternoon to celebrate New Year's Eve. and return home the next day before a large snow storm in Boston! I am so grateful that my sister has such a wonderful, and beautiful, dealership near her home in Wellesley. Given our wonderful service and accommodation, you made a scary situation seamless. And my sister's next car might just be a BMW. She was impressed, as was I. Thank you so much for being the kind of Massachusetts people that I miss down here on the Main Line of Philadelphia. After the sale was completed, Charlie would call me periodically to advise me of the build status of my vehicle including its completion and shipment to the US and, finally, Sudbury. The vehicle I ordered had all available electronic options and Charlie, as part of the delivery service, went over each and every one of them with me for over an hour. Even after the sale and delivery, Charlie checks in with me to see how the car is running and to ask if I have any new questions, which I almost always do.
