My wife and I worked with Arash (Alex) Shirazi in our purchase of a new 2013 528xi. Alex did a fine job listening to what we wanted and understanding our expectations. Alex didn't "pounce" like some sales persons tend to do - instead, he let us alone as we walked around the vehicle checking it out and then asked us if we needed assistance. We had done our homework on the car (pricing, etc) and we told Alex we were ready to buy and that we were keeping our trade-in (2009 BMW 328xi Coupe purchased from the same dealer) completely separate from the purchase. No problem. After just a bit of back and forth we reached a fair price and then negotiated the trade - also with a bit of back and forth. I've bought many new cars and this was, by far, the best experience with only a few minor exceptions regarding completing the paperwork. Although we understood that Alex is new to this store, he is professional and knowledgeable and, probably most important, knew the product well enought to let the car sell itself. Alex is a genuinely nice guy. There is a BMW dealer about 6 miles from our home but we bought and serviced our '09 328xi at BMW of Sudbury because of a bad experience at the much closer store. Sudbury is about 20 miles from where we live. Kudos also to Colleen Silver, our service advisor on the 328. She and the service we've gotten over the last 4 years is another reason we came back. Another note of appreciation to Eric Millar, who helped out when Alex had to spend some time with another customer. More

I've been getting my BMW 335 serviced at BMW of Sudbury for two years, ever since I purchased it. Hands down, the BEST dealership I've ever worked with. He knows that I like early morning appointments and that I'm always checking out the new M3s for my next purchase. Somehow he always manages to get me a 3 series loaner. I had vistied Sudbury BMW 2 times before I made my purchase. When I first met Yong, I told him I had no idea what I wanted to buy at the time and he answered every question I had and really spent a lo purchase. He didn't force me into anything and when I told him I'd be ready in April I went back he remembered who I was and when I told him what I wanted it was a done deal. I met with Jason to close the deal and finance terms and he was honest and very straight forward with giving me the best deal on my trade and was very professional. I've bought many cars in the past from all kinds of dealers and this has been the best experience yet! I will be going back to Yong and Sudbury BMW when my lease is up ! More
I am currently on my second BMW X5 – a 2006 4.4, which was purchased from Foreign Motors West (prior to it becoming part of Herb Chambers). Now that the car is no longer under warranty, I have a choice o was purchased from Foreign Motors West (prior to it becoming part of Herb Chambers). Now that the car is no longer under warranty, I have a choice of where to have it serviced. I choose to continue to bring it to BMW of Sudbury for one simple reason. The customer service I receive from Will Pauls and the rest of the service team is exceptional. The dealership itself is immaculate and has great amenities, but frankly, it’s the service staff that keeps me coming back. Honesty, integrity, knowledge and attention to detail are all adjectives I use to describe Will and the technicians at BMW of Sudbury. I know that when I bring in my car, I can count on Will to take the same care as he would with his own. He calls when he says he will, explains everything in detail and answers all my questions without hesitation. I would highly recommend the service at BMW of Sudbury and Will Pauls is one of the big reasons why. More
I went to BMW of Sudbury kicking and screaming as I thought that had settled on getting my wife either a Cadillac CTS or a MB E Class, having driven a Mercedes for twenty years. However a friend told me that we had to look at the new BMW's......So I went.... From the moment we walked into the gorgeous showroom she felt at home we were greeted by our friend and your salesman Billy Hronas to whom I said" I'm here only to appease my wife and friend we have outgrown BMW's" to that Billy said "understood sir let me just have a moment of your time to show you how BMW has changed since you drove one in the 80's"..He kept my interest and spent time calmly educating me on the virtues of owning a modern BMW........ We did some test drives and my wife loved the 5 series comfort entry. However I negotiated for another hour and was not satisfied with the price until Jim Affinnato came over and we made a connection on several levels and then after understanding the issues they got the numbers where I was close but now she wasn't sure....So we walked out, but still thinking about it. Later in the week Jim and Billy called me reminding me that the car she loved was still there and we were very close. They moved a little and I moved a little and she got her price. When we went back last week to close the deal Billy spent 2 hours with her explaining all the aspects of the car making her extremely comfortable and VERY HAPPY...Jim made sure that we got the rubber mats for the car making me extremely HAPPY....I have never felt so good and so confident of a vehicle purchase ever. The training that Herb gives his entire staff is top notch.His training hit every aspect of the experience from the beautiful building, the receptionist who ended up knowing me by name, to the two salesmen who didn't sell me a car but through patience and education comfortably FIT us into the right vehicle. They are winners! I didn't want the car at first however; I feel like I just left my tailor in Hong Kong...It fits perfectly. Keep up the great work Herb; I'm telling everyone, you have us as a client at your dealerships for LIFE!!!!! More
Owning a BMW had been a dream for many years,2013 was the year to find out if in fact dreams can come true. I scouted a few cars on line and made contact via the website. All of my queries were returned promptly and forthrightly. My husband and I made an appointment to visit. The receptionist matched us up with Charlie. He was open, friendly-not at all pushy, took all the time we wanted to answer questions and was able to help us come to the conclusion that a BMW might indeed be a possibility for this elementary school principal. We looked at available 328is and were offered the chance to test drive any we liked...which we did. They were all wonderful,drove fantastically but none of them was a color that made my heart sing. Charlie scoured the inventory,went out to the lots, and brought up one that I instantly fell in love I with in a marine blue. Charlie was careful to say that it had just come in and had not been thoroughly checked,serviced, brought up to BMW per owned certified standards etc. but he would ask to get it ready for a test drive as quickly as possible. No pressure was put on us at all. We left the dealership impressed and anxious to see if our return trip would be as positive. In a few days we were called and a mutually convenient time was arranged. When we arrived, we were one again greeted politely, offered a beverage and escorted to Charlie's office. He arrived with the keys and we went off on another test drive. It drove beautifully and we decided to go forward....bracing for a hard sell or sudden hidden charges we were pleasantly surprised. The figure we had been quoted had not changed and Charlie waited until well after his work day had ended while we met with the finance person. Charlie helped us out of the locked and closed dealership and promised to be there when we came to pick up my dream car. He was and patiently went through all of the car's features with us. Professionalism is characterized by knowledgeability ,courteousness, empathy, patience and integrity and in Charlie we encountered all of those traits. We have recommended him to several colleagues and would not hesitate to do so again as well as the dealership--top notch in all regard! More
The whole process from Finding the vehicle to buying was a piece of cake with BMW Sudbury dealership. Starting from Philip Hunt (Internet Client Care Manager) he was very courteous,took my requirements over a piece of cake with BMW Sudbury dealership. Starting from Philip Hunt (Internet Client Care Manager) he was very courteous,took my requirements over the phone and scheduled a appointment for me. The same evening I received call from Brian (His manager) to confirm the appointment and if for some reason Philip is involved performing his duties and providing excellent customer service, Brian will take care of me when I arrive. The day of the appointment Brian greeted me at the reception and introduced me to John DiBitetto (Client advisor), his approach was pretty amazing. He was not trying to sell me any thing rather he was looking at my requirements and was working with me to find a car that met my requirements and the budget. We settled on a price that was slightly above my my budget but I know it was a good deal. We were in constant touch via email/phone for the whole process till the delivery of the car. The best part was he explained me all the features of the car in very systematic way. I bought my wife a Mercedez from Westwood couple of years ago the sales guy never explained us all the features but John explained every possible feature from left to right,I don't think so I'll ever need to read any forums or Online to look at any features. He also took care of me via email after delivery, checking on how I like the car, if there are any questions etc. Since I bought a certified car, I felt like somethings should be looked/checked again with the service department, John scheduled an appointment for me for the car to be looked at. Again A+ for service department:) So definitely A+ overall. More

I took my car for servicing last year.
