Even though I was buying a 13 year old BMW Z3 Roadster, I was treated just as well as if was a new M6 convertible. My car buying experience at Sudbury BMW was very good. I can’t believe I am saying that about a car dealership. I have had a decent car buying experience so far. No going back and forth with the manager on the price. Billy Hronas quoted me a price on phone before I went to the dealership and true to his word he sold the car at that price. I had a trade in which as in good condition and they didn’t pick holes in my old car saying it will need this and that(like the other BMW dealership I went to ) and give me a ridiculously low price and stand firm on it. Yes, at first the price they quoted was a little low (for my old car) and they showed me the print out of the website they got the quote from. I wasn’t comfortable trading my car for that price. His manager, Fahad came by to see what they could do for the trade in. (just then I thought things are going to go south now but xxxx NO) I had my research and printouts and within minutes we could settle at a price I was comfortable trading me car for. While we were talking to the finance manager, Billy stayed back to see if we had any questions or concerns even though it was past closing time When I picked up the car Billy took the time to talk me through any feature I wanted to know about. And any other questions I had. His manager came by to thank me for the business. Over all it was great experience and both Billy and Fahad were very professional. This is going to be the first shop I will stop by if I were to buy a BMW again. More

Will Pauls in particular has gone above and beyond on several occasions to ensure that my service issues were resolved thoroughly, even if that means engaging folks at HQ to help troubleshoot an issue. He has also been very pragmatic in advising on when I need to repair certain items and where I can make tradeoffs. Other dealers push service on every touch point, but Will has been great in making sure a trusting relationship is established first such that I know when he makes a suggestion, it's something I need to do.
