Will has been assisting me as a service manager for last few visits and he has been excellent in getting the issues I have had fixed. He was very patient in listening to my concerns and taking notes on them and advising me in the right direction. He was able to convey my concerns very well to shop foreman and getting the issue resolved. He provided me with details of the what the issue was and which part was getting fixed, being a car enthusiast and an engineer, I rely on technical details to be satisfied with work being done. Also, on my last visit I mentioned about high pitch noise from the mirror on driver side (this is a known issue with last generation e90s) and he was able to work with the shop to dampen the noise. The service experience was excellent. I would highly recommend Will. More

He made the logistics of signing and delivering the care easy. He even changed out a headlight in my old car for me when he came to drop off the new one. Good to find a straight-shooter I test drove a 428ix on a whim months ago, thinking that when the lease on my Infiniti ran out I might finally take the BMW plunge. Despite clearly kn I test drove a 428ix on a whim months ago, thinking that when the lease on my Infiniti ran out I might finally take the BMW plunge. Despite clearly knowing that I was window shoppping at that point, Curtis Mueller spent the better part of an afternoon with me, treating me exacty as if I might drive the car off the lot that day. When he promised to follow up I worried I might have signed up for months of hounding. Instead, Curtis kept very unobtrusively in touch, keeping me posted on promotions and vehicles in stock, but never pushing. When I was ready he worked overtime to find exactly the car I wanted (no easy task, given the new model) and then made the purchase process seamless. When Infiniti made returning my old vehicle about three steps more complicated than it needed to be Curtis not only drove me back and forth to the Infiiniti dealer, he ultimately just took the car off my hands and handled the return himself. Above and beyond and a really just pleasant and fun guy to work with. P.S. The 428 is AWESOME. More
