People often forget that the customer care and service portion of making big $ purchases has a lot to do with the customer loyalty- not simply the brand. Everyone from the minute we walked into the dealership through to purchase was amazing. But it doesn't end there! When my car was due for its first service, it was so easy! I had a loaner that was provided to me upon drop off. I want to specifically call out Jason Hawksley, Pranav Gill and Fahad that helped throughout the car purchase process. They were able to find the very specific color and tech combo that I was looking for, and didnt want to give up until I was 100% satisfied! Thanks Guys! This resulted in my family purchasing about 6 cars in a matter of 3-4 months-- all from herb Chambers. BMW Encore visit I was called and told I needed to schedule an Encore appt. to go over my new vehicle with Tony and have car cleaned and fluids topped off. I was told I was called and told I needed to schedule an Encore appt. to go over my new vehicle with Tony and have car cleaned and fluids topped off. I was told its a 45 min. appt. I showed up at 12:30 and after 40 min. I noticed my car had not been touched. I asked a few people and they were checking on it. Then I was told they could not clean my car its too cold out. but I noticed they were cleaning other peoples vehicles. After mentioning it twice they cleaned mine. I never saw anyone named Tony, never went over my car and did not leave there until 2:00. Not happy with BMW Sudbury. It was their day to prove to me why I would go there instead of Shrewsbury BMW and they ignored me and made my daughter and I wait 90 min for a 45 min service. No customer service was given. While waiting we spoke with 2 other people waiting on Encore appts. One was already there 2 hours when we left. Horrible service. Total disregard for customers time. If I had not walked over to check on my vehicle after 40 min, I'm sure I would have been there until 3:00pm. More

Excellent information, not pushy, nice showroom and people. Although a bit out of the way in Sudbury, the showroom and service facilities are top notch. Everyone was responsive and pleasant, from the service person who came out to answer some arcane technical questions to the very nice lady manning the customer coffee and sweets bar (they have apples too) who opened the ice cream freezer for me. I much appreciated the customer first attitude that was evident from the moment I walked in until I drove my new car home. I know from my 13 year old BMW I traded in that maintenance and repairs at the dealership are expensive after the warranty, but you get excellent and considerate service in a fine facility. More
