Used car purchase I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership a few months ago. Within 3 months I discovered roughly $2,500 dollars worth of repairs, all of which s I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership a few months ago. Within 3 months I discovered roughly $2,500 dollars worth of repairs, all of which should have been caught by their much-touted 172-point safety inspection. Of course, all of this should also have been caught by the independent mechanic that I had perform a pre-inspection, but the mechanic's lapse does not excuse the behavior of the dealership. Selling a car in need of that much work is not an ethical or intelligent business practice, especially when your try and justify high, non-negotiable prices with the claim that the quality of your product is higher than that of any of your competitors. Toyotas are less expensive to purchase and operate as they are much more dependable. I must say, however, that with the help of an awesome salesperson, Curtis Meuller, at BMW of Sudbury (MA) I was able to open my mind to my wife owning an X3. Curtis is well educated and intelligent – and showed the brand off very well with his honest, low-key civilized demeanor. He took the time, lots of time, to demonstrate the X3 and its multiple features and benefits. There was no pressure to purchase and no sense of time constraints. While I know that a luxury Toyota – Lexus – is a far more practical and economical choice, the X3 hit enough of a sweet-spot with what my wife was looking for to go ahead and blow the dough and take a risk on a BMW. Besides, telling my wife she couldn’t have the car she fell in love with would have been problematic. She wanted a compact SUV. Our RAV 4 is too plain, the technology interface of the new Lexus NX questionable, the Acura too utilitarian and the Audi Q3 just about right -- with the BMW having a slight edge. So now, we own three Toyotas from the best dealership on the planet (Wellesley Toyota) and a BMW X3. I still trust and prefer my Toyotas, but my wife is happy, which is very important. Many thanks to BMW of Sudbury for their help and for giving us a reasonably good deal. The dealership is very nicely appointed and the people with whom we came in contact were all very nice. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a BMW. I also recommend our five-star salesperson, Curtis Mueller. More

Like many Certified cars, the vehicle I acquired had some initial issues, but the service department went above and beyond to solve the problems, and always provided a nice loaner car while mine was being serviced. Jason is professional, knowledgeable, patient (I changed my mind on the type of X5 3 times!), polite, and an excellent ambassador for BMW. Jason initiated the sale by calling me and inquiring if I had an interest in the new X5. Hard to turn down the thought of owning this amazing piece of machinery I agreed to go in and drive the new X5. Jason found the one I wanted with the right options, colors, and price! Fahad and Edwin (sales managers) also deserve recognition, as they were a pleasure to work with. Last but not least is Kim, the finance manager. Simple, easy, and straightforward – words that don’t often describe the financing process.
