I purchase a car about every ten years, so when I so, I put a lot of thought and consideration into the purchase--everything matters! The car, the dealership, the salesperson, the receptionist and more. I have to say that BMW of Sudbury is a superb facility and Curtis is an excellent sales person. I don't even like to use the word 'sales' because I never felt pressure from Curtis. He listened to everything I wanted and needed in a car and presented what was available. He is extremely knowledgeable about the BMW vehicles and cars in general. He let me test drive the car as often as I needed to feel comfortable with the purchase, and spent as long as I needed reviewing all aspects of the purchase from features on the vehicle to pricing to warranty and maintenance plans. I felt like I had a partner every step of the way. When I went to pick up the car, Curtis spent over an hour going over all the features until I was confident to drive off the lot. This is my first BMW, but surely not my last! I will be sending others to BMW of Sudbury and Curtis! More

Service and Sales in BMW of Sudbury is awesome!! I bought BMW Convertible and had some service need after almost a year. I called up Fahad Arshad who is sales manager in BMW of Sudbury. He not only g I bought BMW Convertible and had some service need after almost a year. I called up Fahad Arshad who is sales manager in BMW of Sudbury. He not only gave me options on what work needs to be done but also made his colleague from service team call me . Service team personal was superb. He took extra step to talk to people and help me out with my problem. And yes this is called customer service. It is not that i did not try other dealer. In fact Tulley BMW was closest to my house but the service folks there were not someone with whom i would like to work with in future and neither will recommend. They were trying their best to make money and there was no customer service at all. Really weird center. I will never recommend anyone to visit that place. Just close your eyes and visit BMW of Sudbury and talk to Fahad. I assure new/old customer that the assistance they will get @ BMW of sudbury will be the best. These guys are simply superb. I made a good choice by going with Herb Chambers and would always want to go with them for all my car needs!! More

WOW! GOT A NEW M4 from CURTIS M. - BEST DEAL EVER! Dear Yelp, I bought an $80k 2015 BMW M4 from this dealer. I was pretty sure I wanted this car the second I saw it at the dealership. I emailed Pranav G. ahead of time before I got to the dealership. He had the car ready and waiting for me when I got there to go and test drive. Before the test drive I wandered around the dealership and was offered drinks and snacks which was nice and unlike any other dealership I had ever been to. I think I even saw a children's play room and entertainment area inside the dealership. After having a water and waiting less than 5 minutes to set the test drive up, I was greeted by Curtis M. Curtis is a salesman. I hate to even call him a salesman, because he really isn't. He is a BMW ENTHUSIAST who knows EVERYTHING about EVERY BMW that is forsale. He made me feel very comfortable every step of the way, from test drive to finalizing the deal. He is very knowledgeable about his product. If you are in the market for a BMW and may be unsure of some specific features/options/ad ons you may need, Curtis M. will help direct you in the right direction. It is very rare to find truly passionate people who are in sales that actually love and breath the product that they represent. One year ago, I visited this dealership to take a test drive and met David Williamson. He understood that I was there for a test drive and to be introduced to the BMW experience. After doing a full year of research on a number of vehicles I was finally settled on the exact X1 that interested me. When I returned, David was right there ready to make an aggressive deal. The level of customer service that I experienced was above and beyond the best of my life! After the deal was done, David even gave me a ride to the bank to square away a very minor finance hurdle! BMW Sudbury made a fast turnaround from the sale to the delivery of the vehicle that I didn't even know was possible! But, the best thing about the sale was that David continued to contact me and check in via phone and email to confirm that I was a satisfied customer. Weak sales experience I have purchased 5 BMW's from Herb Chambers and have been a highly loyal customer. I recently decided to purchase either a 3 series wagon or an Audi a I have purchased 5 BMW's from Herb Chambers and have been a highly loyal customer. I recently decided to purchase either a 3 series wagon or an Audi allroad. I test drove the BMW with a very nice salesperson and indicated that I wanted to compare it with the Audi, which he understood. About a week later, I received an email from a salesperson I'd never met asking me about the 3 series wagon. At the same time, I was having an excellent experience with the Audi dealership and the salesperson there, who, among other things, gave me an excellent price offer minutes after I requested it. After receiving this offer, I requested a price on a specific vehicle from the 2nd salesperson from BMW. After being told the car was sold, he suggested another vehicle and gave me the specs. I responded quickly and requested a price, assuming it would be a quick email turnaround. After waiting two days, which was two days too long, I had already decided to go with Audi, but I did finally receive a price on the BMW. I'd done plenty of research and knew what to expect, but the offer was at least a few thousand above current market pricing, so not only was I very disappointed by the delay, but then insulted by this 'best price offer'. So, after many purchases, BMW lost a long time customer. I know this dealership is well regarded, but my experience in trying to purchase a vehicle was definitely sub-par for this brand. More

Like a lot of people, I don't relish the idea of shopping for a car. But I have to say Curtis and HCS really made the process an enjoyable one. Curtis was polite, professional, very knowlegable about the cars, and was very earnest in assisting me. There was no "sales pressure," and Curtis spent an hour with me when I picked up the car going over the details of the car ranging from the various controls through the idrive infotainment system. The car is pretty awesome! Perhaps my only regret is that I can't do this more often. Brent Clark More
