Justin, It’s disappointing to read this feedback. As you know, the Mazda you purchased from us in February not only passed our safety inspection, but also your own mechanics inspection. When you purchased the Mazda we recommended you purchase a warranty and you declined. After reading your feedback I was eager to turn this situation around, as our customers satisfaction is one of our top priorities. I immediately reached out to you and offered to buy the car back completely for what you purchased it for, trade you into another car and give you what you paid for the car towards another vehicle or fix the issue with the AC which was going to cost us about 1300 dollars. You declined all of our efforts to help. To turn down all of our offers to help and question our integrity, which we work so hard to uphold, is certainly disappointing. Best of luck to you.
