Brand New (and GORGEOUS) X4 Where do I begin... Back in mid-April, I inquired about a 2015 Apline White X4 that was showing on the Sudbury website. It fit the criteria of the Where do I begin... Back in mid-April, I inquired about a 2015 Apline White X4 that was showing on the Sudbury website. It fit the criteria of the car I was looking for so I sent out a request. Molly C ended up getting back to me within 2 days and a sales manager by the name of Tom MacDonald reached out to me as well. After one or two emails, I never heard from Tom again. In an attempt to continue trying to get more information on the car, I emailed the General Manager, Pranav Gill, who ended up putting me to work with three individuals who made this transaction go as smoothly as it could of. Jason Canulla, Alyssa Melignano and Moe Khenifar(finance) were the team responsible for getting me into my brand new X4, something I worked very hard for and gifted myself as a graduation gift. Jason got in touch with me within 5 minutes of getting off the phone with Pranav and by the end of the day we agreed on a price and all of the terms. I was an out-of-state buyer and they made sure to send me all the appropriate paperwork, pictures and answers to any and every question that I had as quickly as possible. Due to a chaotic schedule, they made sure that as soon as registration &plates came in, I would have the car, so they shipped it to me.. at home! It was Jason's first week at the dealership as a new sales manager and I believe I was his first customer or sale. He's truly an asset to the dealership. Alyssa was my client adviser and a gem to work with. And Moe laid out all the options available to me in regards to finance, packages and payment. Of course with almost any purchase, some bumps on the road do arise, but it wasn't anything out of this world and these three handled everything in the most professional manner possible. Used car purchase I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership a few months ago. Within 3 months I discovered roughly $2,500 dollars worth of repairs, all of which s I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership a few months ago. Within 3 months I discovered roughly $2,500 dollars worth of repairs, all of which should have been caught by their much-touted 172-point safety inspection. Of course, all of this should also have been caught by the independent mechanic that I had perform a pre-inspection, but the mechanic's lapse does not excuse the behavior of the dealership. Selling a car in need of that much work is not an ethical or intelligent business practice, especially when your try and justify high, non-negotiable prices with the claim that the quality of your product is higher than that of any of your competitors.
