No xx or games at this dealership unlike the one in Norwood. They price their inventory fairly and don't low ball you on your trade. Our sales specialist was Peter Vargo who was always prompt in getting back to us and for keeping his word. Chelsea was also super easy to work with during our research stage. Planning to sell the car and lease another one later this year. They gave me good options to how to sell the car (as-is) and get better value out of it without spending more money on repairs. My advice to the buyers is to not own these premium cars after the warranty/certification time period is over. It makes sense to rather buy or lease brand new instead (depending on your driving needs). More

I had never dealt with BMW of Sudbury in the past, but after being greeted, my wife and I were introduced to John DiBitetto. John was very outgoing and professional, listening to our needs and wants before taking us out for a test ride. He made the entire process, with the purchase of my 2016 X3 35i a pleasure. His knowledge of the product he sells, was most evident on the test ride, and while talking in the showroom. The purchasing experience, and everyone that we worked with, exceeded expectations. The car is all that I expected and then some. More
