worst experience ever, let me explain , I bought Honda CR-V 2010 on 1/31/16 to my wife , the sales person asked me to meet Mr. Edwin in finance who pressed on me to h ever, let me explain , I bought Honda CR-V 2010 on 1/31/16 to my wife , the sales person asked me to meet Mr. Edwin in finance who pressed on me to have extended warranty for the car , 2 days latter I had an appointment to receive the car , I went to Mr Edwin and asked him to cancel this extended warranty , he convinced me to keep for now and I can cancel it within a month without any fees, 4 days latter I called Edwin to cancel , he sent to me a form to fill out and I sent it back to him, per his email the warranty will be cancelled and he will sent the fees (1700$ )of the warranty to chase bank .... Unfortunately this is didn't happen , I called the dealership to ask about the update from Edwin but I informed that he resigned and left this dealership , I made tens of phone calls and tens of emails to all finance department , every time I transfer to answer machine , no one pick up the phone ,no one reply to emails and even when reply to emails they always have some kind of excuse , all are liar,dishonest and unprofessional , they just know how to sweet talk things. Finally they return the extended warranty fees to chase bank and sent to me a check with the rest on 10/14/16 ( after almost 9 months ) but deduct cancellation fees although I informed that no fees. The only person who is great and eager to help customer is Mr. Banos but all others are awful. More

Passing by dealership I had a borrowed car from a friend thought I would be nice and get his oil changed as he mentioned earlier in that day it was due. I wanted to purchase a 2017 BMW M2. I had been in contact with the sales department regarding the purchase of an inbound, undesignated 2017 BMW M2 using my 2014 BMW 435xi M Sport in trad I had been in contact with the sales department regarding the purchase of an inbound, undesignated 2017 BMW M2 using my 2014 BMW 435xi M Sport in trade. John was very helpful but could not overcome the issue of the $10,000 "market adjustment" on this car. Ultimately, the General Manager contacted me and was able to change the market adjustment and the terms for the car to a very manageable number. He was most helpful and reflected the previous service that I received from the dealership when I purchased my 2014 435xi M Sport. More

HORRIBLE! WOULDN'T RECCOMEND IT TO ANYONE! I don't know even know where to begin with this review. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. From the time I set foot into the place it was a disas I don't know even know where to begin with this review. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. From the time I set foot into the place it was a disaster. Thinking back now I should have just walked away. I have had nothing but problems with my "certified pre-owned" BMW. I have brought it back 4 times since I bought it in April, received 2 loaner cars and each time I went to pick up my car it was a mess. Whether they lost my keys, forgot to do something, cant get on the same page communication wise everything has been TERRIBLE. I went to a dealership to avoid auctions and private sales and wanted to have the luxury of having someone take care of me. FORGET IT. When I went to the pick up the car I should have known it was a mistake, the cereal in the back seat and the nails and screws laying around should have sent red flags that they didn't even go through it and it was NOT ready. Also NEVER talk to a sales person who has only been there 2 weeks because they don't know what the xxxx they're talking about. Every time I have gone back a different person says they're going to resolve my issues and take care of me, what a joke. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone- I wish I had the same experience as some other people on here but that's not the case. I'm just another person walking through the door that they're trying to meet their sales needs for the month. (I was there for 8 hours so that this new guy could try and get his sale quota for the month, which they ended up saying never mind and I was later told that this was the reason I was there for so long). I could still go on about all of the mistakes they have made in these last 4 months but for the sake of my own sanity I will just advise you to never go!! More

He truly made the whole experience very easy for us, and we ended up with a beautiful 4 series M sport!
