Excellent Recently I became interested in looking at two seater roadsters. I wasn’t sure what I would like but set my sights on a bmw, Mercedes or Porsche. Having purchased several bmws at Herb Chambers I thought I would star there. I built a car online asked for a quote and was contacted by phone. Set up an appointment and was introduced to Manny. Manny was easy to talk to and it became very evident concerning his enthusiasm for the z4. We had a fun test drive and then the negotiations started. Throughout this process Manny maintained a friendly collaborative demeanor. I can be trying at times. Finally we reached an agreement trade in or no trade in with the help of his manager. A good team effort I must say. Moreover when the negotiations were over and I signed an agreement Manny worked very hard to get my car in a timely manner coordinating all of the paperwork and genius review. Manny delivered the car to me at home which I greatly appreciated. I felt Manny truly put in the extra effort to please me. His love for this exciting car stocked my excitement to own and enjoy one of my own. Thanks Manny and thanks to the Herb Chambers team. More
