The Model for ALL Dealerships!!! I have NEVER in my life been treated as well as I was in this dealership. It is refreshing to know that Pranav Gill (General Manager) has turned this I have NEVER in my life been treated as well as I was in this dealership. It is refreshing to know that Pranav Gill (General Manager) has turned this space into an empire in only a few years. Here is a small passage that is published on the dealership. "The Herb Chambers Companies announced that its Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury location, which is led by General Manager Pranav Gill, has been named a Center of Excellence award winner for 2019. This elite honor is presented annually by BMW of North America. The award recognizes top performing BMW dealerships for their superior performance in various areas of business including: sales, service, parts, operations and customer experience." They take care of their customers..... period, end of the story!! The builder is massive with new cars lining the inside as you walk in. The BMW juices start to flow as soon as the huge glass doors open to your arrival. A cafe' with countertop and high top tables are available if you are waiting for your vehicle during a service visit. They have bottles of water, coffee and pastries for their patrons as well. The dealership also features a very nice boutique with a few glass showcases featuring keychains, phone cases and valve stem covers. The staff at each area of the dealership is impressive. Everywhere you turn there is an employee waiting to help you. I was told that over 150 employees call this place "home" which makes this more than just an ordinary car dealership. When Herb Chambers puts his name on something he makes sure it is opulent and staffed with the best in the business. Forget about all of the luxury finishes in this dealership.... let's talk about the cars..... You want to talk about inventory? This place has hundreds of cars in every color and configuration they feel are the most appealing to the consumer. If they need to order you a vehicle to get you exactly what your heart and wallet desire that is fine as well. They have an abundant allocation of vehicles that can be modified. I have not had to deal with the service department as of yet but if it is anything like the rest of the place I am sure it is staffed with the top of the line techs and tools During my experience I dealt with Pranav Gill as he was trying to work with all of his connections at BMWNA and BMWFS to help unravel the disaster left by #unethicaltulley. I respect him for all the efforts that he went through to make this happen. He passed me over to Charlie Karkaetedes who is a Senior Client Advisor to complete the paperwork for the P&S. Charlie has been with the dealership for over 7 years and handles so much repeat business that he typically doesn't work with "ups." That is how loyal the customers are in this place. A sale person that can earn enough on just repeat clients!! If they are coming back and not going to any of the other BMW dealerships in the Boston metro area there has to be a reason.... Once again, they take care of their customers. From Charlie I went to work with the Finance Manager, Andrew Sadler to complete the lease paperwork and review any of the options I might want including extended maintenance, tire and rim protection, interior coatings, ceramic paint protection, etc. I said which once's I was interested in, got a price and either said yes or no. Not a hard sale or guilt approach. I really like that. Andrew was a wonderful guy and drives over 45 miles each way to work at this dealership. Why? The people, the process and the overall experience is worth it. Pranav has built a team covering a huge territory because they all want to work here. That allows him to have the best of the best. Lastly is Carlos Quinones who is the Lead Genius has been active with me at my every desire with questions or comments. He is a rockstar as well and his response time amazing. I can say enough about him and once again, tone at the top. The way he interacts is passed down to all of the members of his team. A+ from a department that at all other dealerships is just a joke. Others hire one or two people because BMW requires it. Herb Chambers makes sure the position is utilized to the maximum benefit to the client. I am a Herb Chambers of Sudbury customer from here on out and want all of my friends, family members and colleagues to know this was a hassle free experience from top to bottom! More
First Class Horror! Brought my M3 to BMW of Sudbury for a routine recall service - positive battery cable replacement. Car was dead the next morning. Dealership said it was the battery, so I bought a new BMW battery. The following day, the car started displaying an ‘Increased battery discharge’ error message. Dealership took my car and held it hostage for a month, as they ripped it apart, causing all sorts of damage. Reached out to Assistant Service Manager, Service Director and General Manager for help with the situation. Complete silent from the dealership. My pregnant wife and I are forced to drive a car with a battery that spontaneously discharges. Dangerous situation, but they just don’t care about your safety! My friends, family and employees will NEVER buy another vehicle from Herb Chambers again!! More

Brought my vehicle for what started out as "something simple". Service team identified some serious mechanical issues with the car. It required some major work to be performed. I was promptly given a free loaner. Between my warranty and BMW standing behind their cars, when I returned to get my vehicle, the cost to me was $0. Throughout all of it, Bryan keep me informed and properly managed my expectations. He even informed me that he would be off for a few days, and who would take over for him during that time. BMW of Sudbury and their outstanding staff like Bryan made my service experience top notch. Thanks Bryan! More

Most notably Michael Yousif, was really helpful and patient with me while I waited to find the car that fit my needs. Eventually when it came time to make a deal, with Michael being busy with another client, Alex jumped right in and helped me with finalizing the deal and went above and beyond to get the car in very good condition at delivery. Rehan did a good job explaining the car features at delivery. I would recommend the center to everyone. Also, have had a good first experience with the service center as well. Friendly and accommodating. One nitpick, they tend to get very busy at times, so sometimes it took longer to get the paperwork done. Perhaps they should work on shortening the time it takes to finalize the deal and sign all the paper work, etc. More
