During this time he worked on his day off; and made sure one of his colleagues was responsive to me when he couldn't be. For picking up my car, I had a specific and very limited time window that worked for me due to upcoming travel the same day - he put in the effort in advance to make sure my car was completely ready and he had someone waiting for me at the front desk to ensure no time was lost. I told him what we might be interested in, he found the car for us, and we worked out a fair lease deal on the spot. Done! From the first conversation, I felt like I was talking to friend who I grew up with. I was not able to make it to see the car, he said" not a problem at all.. I'll bring the car right to your front door on Wednesday." He put absolutely no pressure on me what so ever. I test drove the car, Saturday I was back there to buy it..
