Quick turn around despite a very busy day at the service center. The Service Advisor, Mackenzie Ditomassi, greeted me quickly and confirmed with me the work requested, a short time later I had a quote and r center. I usually get my BMW serviced at BMW of Sudbury and have been quite happy with them. During my last visit for service, I decided to explore and consider buying another BMW for our family but had a HORRI been quite happy with them. During my last visit for service, I decided to explore and consider buying another BMW for our family but had a HORRIBLE experience with SALES, particularly with sales manager "Alex Robbins". Shortly after registering my name at reception, Alex showed up chatted for a few min to understand my interest. After that, he said salespeople are busy and someone will be with me within 10 min but made me wait almost an hour. I could see there were maybe 2 or 3 customers around, many salespeople were walking around the floor or standing/chatting with each other. Alex was walking around too and often would look at me and then just turn his head around. Only after I gave him a couple of stares that I can see him walking around and that I am getting upset for waiting so long, he finally shows up with a sales associate to make introductions. BTW, this salesperson was one of the people that I could see walking around the floor and clearly wasn't busy. I also reminded Alex that I have been waiting for too long(almost an hour) and was not pleased, still no apologies or anything .... VERY disappointed with their SALES experience. More
