Service dept had me come in for brake flui d change. Told me I was out of warranty by three mo. Had brake job 3 mo ago. They did not change brake fluid then. Three moths ago I brought car in for service an aske they check antifreeze because of alert from the car. They topped it off inspected it and checked for leaks. This service they are telling me to to replace fluid and I have coolant leaks. A top flight shop would have done it better. More

I had my car serviced there a couple of weeks ago. Be carful when you get a loaner car from this dealer because they start charging you for expenses such as tolls even when you did not drive the car usin carful when you get a loaner car from this dealer because they start charging you for expenses such as tolls even when you did not drive the car using any tolls. I have had to call the dealership several times and the first person I spoke with confirmed that they had made a mistake and removed the initial toll but it just kept happening again and again. After several calls to this dealership, I finally spoke with a representative “Almir” who indirectly insisted that I could have gone through tolls. The amount of the toll being charged on my credit card is not much but it’s so annoying for this dealership not fix their own mistakes when they are aware of their own mixup. Just a word of advice to be careful with this dealership! More
