Wonderful in Every Way! At 60 years old....I have had much experience with a huge variety automobiles. I started with Mini in NJ in 2014. There was a Clubman that I saw in the showroom and that day decided to give it a go. Since then....I have recommended Minis to my kids because I found this car to be amazing! So...in Boston....Brian our salesperson and Mustafa in financing are surely the dynamic duo! We could not have hand picked a better team! The best experience ever in selecting the new minis. Each and every contact with this organization has been extremely kind and helpful. The fellows who greet you at the service entrance are great and Mark, Matt and Chris in the service department are the three amigos who are in every way a treasure to the organization. Herb Chambers you are one lucky man to have such a wonderful staff....you are truly blessed! As a result...so are we!! More

Dan Blash is great. I would wait to see him. He knows a lot Dan Blash as always been accommodating providing excellent service. I once asked him how he knows so much about my car and he said "I was once a mecha Dan Blash as always been accommodating providing excellent service. When I call Chambers, and if I cannot speak to Dan, I call back. When I was at Chambers yesterday, I did need service. I just wanted to know something about my car. He answered every question and explained to my satisfaction. In the past I was so pleased with the service, I asked Dan to introduced me to the manager where I expressed my satisfaction at least twice. Please say "Thank you" to Dan for me. He is appreciated. Simply Terrific! I just want to tell you how great it is to have the support of great service staff! I have used your service department "emergently" twice this year I just want to tell you how great it is to have the support of great service staff! I have used your service department "emergently" twice this year for tires as the streets of Boston are pretty unforgiving on them. I am a nurse that does urgent home visits to frail elders and I was on duty. I had a pesky nail stuck in my rear tire and I needed a new one "stat"! Chris hooked me up super speedy, super helpful and more importantly just super nice!! I was in and out in a jiffy and got back on the road to see patients. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! More
