I have been dealing with Herb Chambers for over 25 years, and the reason is Kevin Bugbee. During the many leases on 2 cars, one after another, Kevin is the most personable, forthright, honest and reliable in and the reason is Kevin Bugbee. A recent interaction exemplifies the meaning of service. The garage door opener mechanism for my new BMW X-1 was not working despite many attempts by myself and another person at the dealership. Kevin came to my home, calling a 1-800 number and going thru the necessary steps to re-program the garage mechanism that now allows an opening of the garage door from inside the car (and it was a complicated process). Then he adjusted the rear wiper blade rather than telling me to bring it into the dealership for servicing. He could not have been more accommodating, thorough and meticulous in his approach -- making sure everything was perfect before he left. Such service is why he is the only auto salesman I have dealt with for over 25 years. More
I have bought 2 cars from Herb Chambers BMW and my experience from the Sales and Service side has been excellent. In terms of service, my experience has been perfect. In bought my first 335 MSport in 2009 and brought in for service for a few things. Every time I did, Nick Mitrano did an awesome job. He always came through with what he promised and got the job done in a timely manner. Nick is extremely professional and knows exactly how to serve the customer. Anyone that works with him is lucky. Dan Small is also an excellent service advisor. I have worked with him before and he provided first-class service as well. NIck and Dan have excellent knowledge of BMW and exactly how to help their customers. Matt Krappe is also an excellent Manager and Ken Grant is a fantastic service Director. They have always been there to help and advise me on important decisions regarding my cars. I highly recommend the Sales and Service side of Herb Chambers BMW. It is a first-class operation. More
After previously using a BMW dealer on the Northshore and not very happy, i decided to use BMW Boston to trade my older X% in for a new one. The sale process was very professional and smoothe. At that time i was introduced to a Service Rep Jim Miscioscia and have called upon him for all servcie requirements. On just about every occasion to make a servcie appt., my timeline has been met; most times I will wait for the service to be completed within the timeline given and once again met by Jim. He is honest and straigtforward in his projected service needs, costs, etc. Most recently in planning a 600 mile auto business trip, i was surprised the day before with the brake warning. i called Jim, he sst up the appt the next mornig to confirm the problem first then replaced the frony brakes very quickly so i could be on my way before noontime. Besides Jim, just about every one else i come across is very cordial, respectful, professional. More

He does whatever it takes to get your car fixed and keep you happy without trying to to sell you things you dont need I dealing with jim Miscioscia. I service my cars with Jim Misciocia's only. When he is out, I wait and call back. I trust him to provide me with the work he thinks the cars need. I have had almost every BMW style there is. Jim keeps great records and gives good advise on what to do, what can wait, or when to fold! There are some people you enjoy doing business with, he is one of them. I recently had my last service visit before going out of warranty. Jim Miscioscia went out of his way to make sure all my services got updated. he also made sure that any known issues were looked at because warranty. I have bought three BMW X5's from Sheraz Sheikh and they have all been serviced by Jim Miscioscia...they are both super people and have taken great care of me and I would recommend them to anyone.
