He even took care of making the appointment when I wanted it and came out to the airport to pick me up when the repair was finished. Happy and greatful customer I came into the dealer a little upset because i waited over a hour in the lobby of my job for a pick up, then when i called they told me to take a cab I came into the dealer a little upset because i waited over a hour in the lobby of my job for a pick up, then when i called they told me to take a cab at there exspence. i was still upset! but upon reaching the dealer ship, Chris ask me how was i doing and i told him what happen. he apologize an sat down with me call upstairs or where ever he called and told them to drop everything and focus on my car. i felt valued and then my bill was a large amount he gave me a discount . tears started falling down my face i was so greatful because i really did not have the money i was making a sacrifise and he blessed me . i forgot about how i was left in the lobby of my joy for a hour all i could do is thank God that i had a kind hearted professional advisor who cared about me and what had happen to me and tried to rectifiy the problem. i live near the norwood dealer but i choose to come to boston for my service because of excellent customer service like what Chris gives. sometime people need to just feel someone cares special when they are spending there hard earn working money and it will make it easier to pay with a smile. My Service Advisor, Evan Folsom, has gone above and beyond his duties to make my experience, and the experience of my referrals, the very best possible. Since I’ve started working with Evan I no longer look at servicing my vehicle as a task, but as part of the BMW experience. I was nervous my vehicle would not get towed in and taken to the body shop, but after talking to Dan Drinkwater I was confident it was going to happen! Dan Drinkwater is the definition of what exceptional customer service is. He followed up with me throughout the day to make sure everything was being taken care of. Now when I call into the service department I will make sure I always ask directly for Dan and nobody else! Thanks Dan! More

Dan Drinkwater to the rescue I recently purchased a Pre Owned BMW 335C. I had a problem with the operation of the convertible top and the stitching in the driver's seat was start I recently purchased a Pre Owned BMW 335C. Although I had stopped at several deale An Unexpected Wonderful Experience For the past few months I knew the time had come to purchase a new car. Although I had stopped at several dealerships I was not motivated to look again. I was not happy with the sales and staff members. To my surprise as I was shopping in Boston with my sister and she decided to stop by her dealership at Herb Chambers BMW/Mini Cooper to say hello. Before I knew it I was test driving different cars. I was astonished by the sales, employee and management staff and how they were working with me to find a perfect fit based on what I wanted and what my budget needs were. After viewing and driving multiple cars they came back to me with different options and explained each one in great detail. I also without even asking was offered a very fair price for trade-in on my current car. My sales manager introduced me to many of the staff involved and they were all so very helpful. I was treated with the up most respect and honesty which is very rare these days. At days end I was the proud new owner of a BMW Mini Cooper and thrilled with the service. I will be a lifetime member of the BMW/Mini family and will be looking forward to doing business with them in the future. In all the years of purchasing vehicles I have never had such a wonderful experience.
