Service is poor, charge fee with no service I had an engine oil service, and front pad and disc change service ($855.10) at Herb Chambers BMW Boston. My complaint is that I suspect that the engi I had an engine oil service, and front pad and disc change service ($855.10) at Herb Chambers BMW Boston. My complaint is that I suspect that the engine oil service is not done for following reasons: 1) The car computer panel is still showing the same mileage (9000 miles) and same oil level as I drove into the dealer garage; 2) The car was not washed. 3) The oil change sticker in the left top corner of windshield still showed oil change date 11/06/2015; 4) The oil level is down (8000 miles) only after 2-3 weeks service. Previously the oil level down happened 6 months after the oil change service. 5) Also I only had front brake service, but the computer panel showed the next front brake service is 25,000 miles, rear brake service is 50,000 miles (I didn't work on rear brake). That showed your technician careless for the customer service. I called the Service after I got back home, and left a voice msg, but nobody from BMW Boston call me back. Even after I reported this issue to the dealer, they still have not contacted me, and answered my question. I can't believe a brand name dealer charged fee with no service, Also very poor post-service to take care of the customer's concern. I definitely will not recommend to go to this dealer for service in the future. More

Brian gave us his personal cell phone number, and I get responses within minutes. No more calling and waiting for someone to look in the computer for 10 minutes and still give me the wrong answer! I was given a 2016 BMW loaner even though I am not in an active lease. He came in on his day off to ensure that the billing was done according to what we discussed. Brian Lee is A++++++ and an asset to Herb Chambers. This is the only BMW dealership that I will work with from now on. More

They gave me my car back with CRAP all over it!!! Literally! Brought it in for an oil change and a full detail inside and out on 5/26. I got a phone call saying that my car was ready on 5/27. I tried to get to the dealership before it closed and missed them. It was a holiday weekend (memorial weekend). I couldn't get to them until the following tuesday 5/31. I walked in to pay for my services and told them I was looking at another car and will be on the sales floor with my dad. After an hour in the sales department, I went outside to get my car. There was bird crap all over my car. When I went inside and asked Nick Mitrano if I paid for a detail on only the inside and not the outside. He told me I paid for both. I asked him to come with me outside to look at my car because there was bird crap all over. He looked at it and said that it was done. The bird crap was from it siting outside over the weekend. Well thanks for letting me know. And thanks for doing nothing about it. He basically told me it was my fault for not picking up the car on Friday. I would of thought that before handing me back my keys, someone would have noticed all the crap all over it and at least ran it through the wash. I will never go there again. This is my fourth BMW and I have never had such rude services in the service department. Thanks Herb Chambers for letting me know that your services is pretty much equivalent to a ton of bird crap. Quite literally. More

During the entire time my experience had been great, especially when it comes to the service department advisor Matt Baker, he always seem to go above and beyond my expectations. He is a tremendous asset to this company, he has great communicating skills and never leaves his customers waiting for an answer about their vehicle or what service is being done. I always feel great walking through the door and see his face because i know i am in good hands. If i had a business this is the type of Man i would love to have there for my customers.
