Simply Terrific! I just want to tell you how great it is to have the support of great service staff! I have used your service department "emergently" twice this year I just want to tell you how great it is to have the support of great service staff! I have used your service department "emergently" twice this year for tires as the streets of Boston are pretty unforgiving on them. I am a nurse that does urgent home visits to frail elders and I was on duty. I had a pesky nail stuck in my rear tire and I needed a new one "stat"! Chris hooked me up super speedy, super helpful and more importantly just super nice!! I was in and out in a jiffy and got back on the road to see patients. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! More

He is responsive, empathetic, kind, and goes above and beyond at his job. He is absolutely one-of-a-kind, and I understand why he is in such demand, because it's hard to find people like him who care so much. He is truly amazing, and if you have the opportunity to work with him, you are in for a treat. His kindness understanding, and empathy as a human being, sets him apart from others, and he is truly the type of employee that BMW needs and deserves to attract people who are my age. As a young person, this type of customer service is incredibly impactful, and it makes the difference between a customer and someone who go somewhere else. I will never take my vehicle to another service location, simply because I value James, I value his integrity, and I value his work ethic. He cares about me, and even though this is something that he does everyday, he never forgets that each individual car is a part of someone's life. And that is truly what makes the difference. He is amazing, hand I hope that he goes very far. BMW, if you ever read this, please give him a shout out. This man deserves the world, he has better in your organization and generated revenue and repeat customers selflessly hand without fail, and he is the type of person they you need better your business, and To grow. The sales manager delivered the loaner car after I complained, and felt he had just delivered an Olympic Gold medal. Much easier to just go to BMW Sudbury or give Mercedes Benz or Lexus your business. More
Worst service experience This is the first time I have ever written a negative experience as I typically want to write to thank people for their efforts. For the sake of others, I feel compelled to say having my car serviced their was awful. Everything was covered under warranty so this is not about price, but about total lack of professionalism demonstrated by their service team. It started with them not finding the car for a day on location and it was towed to them by BMW assiststance. Despite multiple calls over 10 Days trying to get a status, not once did anyone ever reach out to me. Even more strangely, called Saturday am and they told me work had been completed. No one called to tell me that. It ended with literally waiting 1 hour from when after I got there and they called for the car to be brought to me. Laughably, the service desk told me to wait outside in the alley as no one comes in to tell you it is there. After standing outside for 10 mins in 5 degree weather I went inside and found a sales manager who did everything she could to get things sorted (kudos to Jano as she absolutely was helpful as was Kyle). Rest of service team was totally disinterested. Hard to believe that this goes on in the service side as the sales part seems well run. I own both a Porsche and a BMW. I will never do business with Herb Chambers after this experience. More
Great Service! Great Team! Amazing people! I came in for regular scheduled service and, as always, I felt like coming to visit friends. Ahmed Jabrane, my long time sales advisor, came and spend time to make sure I’m getting the best service. He didn’t have to worry much as Dan Blash from Service had already set up everything as I could tell by the sight of my name displayed big on a monitor to welcome me! I did not order a loaner in advance as I thought iwoildnt need one. However, the software update on the car needed time and I was set up with a loaner in like 15 min. or so. Ahmed stayed with me the whole time to make sure I was being taken care of. I mean, little things make a difference and great service is all about about that. Then my treat went on as Theo from the loan department employee provided the friendliest service to send me off as quickly as possible. I know it’s Christmas time, but this is not the first time I have received such exceptional service and this time decided to write about it. Thank you! More

Furthermore, they are disrespectful, inconsiderate, inefficient and outright incompetent in fixing your damaged vehicle. I work in this industry at the corporate level and it is beyond clear that this dealership is an outlier. They are simply bad at what they do, and don't have basic service lane competency to perform the simplest of tasks correctly. I will not buy a BMW ever again, and I will definitely not buy anything from Herb Chambers. More
