The sales manager delivered the loaner car after I complained, and felt he had just delivered an Olympic Gold medal. Much easier to just go to BMW Sudbury or give Mercedes Benz or Lexus your business. More

For the sake of others, I feel compelled to say having my car serviced their was awful. Everything was covered under warranty so this is not about price, but about total lack of professionalism demonstrated by their service team. It started with them not finding the car for a day on location and it was towed to them by BMW assiststance. Despite multiple calls over 10 Days trying to get a status, not once did anyone ever reach out to me. Even more strangely, called Saturday am and they told me work had been completed. No one called to tell me that. It ended with literally waiting 1 hour from when after I got there and they called for the car to be brought to me. Laughably, the service desk told me to wait outside in the alley as no one comes in to tell you it is there. After standing outside for 10 mins in 5 degree weather I went inside and found a sales manager who did everything she could to get things sorted (kudos to Jano as she absolutely was helpful as was Kyle). Rest of service team was totally disinterested. Hard to believe that this goes on in the service side as the sales part seems well run. I own both a Porsche and a BMW. I will never do business with Herb Chambers after this experience. More
Great Service! Great Team! Amazing people! I came in for regular scheduled service and, as always, I felt like coming to visit friends. Ahmed Jabrane, my long time sales advisor, came and spend I came in for regular scheduled service and, as always, I felt like coming to visit friends. Ahmed Jabrane, my long time sales advisor, came and spend time to make sure I’m getting the best service. He didn’t have to worry much as Dan Blash from Service had already set up everything as I could tell by the sight of my name displayed big on a monitor to welcome me! I did not order a loaner in advance as I thought iwoildnt need one. However, the software update on the car needed time and I was set up with a loaner in like 15 min. or so. Ahmed stayed with me the whole time to make sure I was being taken care of. I mean, little things make a difference and great service is all about about that. Then my treat went on as Theo from the loan department employee provided the friendliest service to send me off as quickly as possible. I know it’s Christmas time, but this is not the first time I have received such exceptional service and this time decided to write about it. Thank you! More

Furthermore, they are disrespectful, inconsiderate, inefficient and outright incompetent in fixing your damaged vehicle. I work in this industry at the corporate level and it is beyond clear that this dealership is an outlier. They are simply bad at what they do, and don't have basic service lane competency to perform the simplest of tasks correctly. I will not buy a BMW ever again, and I will definitely not buy anything from Herb Chambers. More

Awesome customer service Ahmed helped me buy my current car and was very helpful throughout the purchase process. Recently i got parking lamp malfunction light and talked to Ahmed helped me buy my current car and was very helpful throughout the purchase process. Recently i got parking lamp malfunction light and talked to Ahmed, he quickly connected me to Daniel Blash. I brought the car in evening, he looks at the bulb, fixes it and I am in and out in less than 20 minutes (and all this happened in the same day from call to fix). Super quick, friendly and very professional, highly recommend them both. More

I texted my salesman, Kevin Bugbee, who told me, "we're gonna change that" He called me in 10 minutes and told him to meet him first thing in the morning at the dealership. What he had waiting for me was HIS car to take (a 435 convertible) - who does that? My car happened to be ready by the end of the day, however, I couldn't get back to the dealership until after 5:30. He called me and said, no problem, take my car for the night, and I'll see you in the morning. Company representatives like Kevin are 1 in a million and I will never forget this experience More
Failed repair under warranty will not service for 10 days! I left a review last year for 5 stars. My, how things have changed. I spent $557 October 2016 for a left tie rod replacement. Upon delivery of the vehicle, I discovered that the vehicle was not in fact repaired, so I had to bring it in again, at which point the repair was completed. Fast forward to September 2017, when I bring my car in for inspection (not at Herb Chambers). It fails due to the left tie rod. I called Herb Chambers on 9/7 and left a message for my service adviser, who never called me back. I called Herb Chambers AGAIN on 9/15, and explain that this was a failed repair under warranty and that I need to have it rectified ASAP so that I can get my inspection sticker. They will not fit me in until 9/25 (10 days from now). I asked for a manager, who declined to get on the phone with me. To be clear, this is THEIR REPAIR that has failed during the warranty period, it presents safety concerns when driving, and they refuse to consider the circumstances in their scheduling decision. The only option is the same option I was originally offered: 10 days from today (17 days from when I originally called). FAIL. More

Could not move the head rests down as requested, offered to wash and vacuum, they did not vacuum but insisted they did. Waited another 15 minutes for them to do what they said they did. What I did get was a bunch of reasons like "we just have a skeleton crew here on Sundays" which sounded more like excuses. My last experience was also misleading, but Liz fixed it. I'm not sure if it's incompetence, laziness or stupidity, but I was completely underwhelmed by this experience, as well as overcharged. I wonder if I'm getting the same service Herb Chambers gets. I doubt it. More
