Great service I worked with Higor in the service department: he was extremely competent, pleasant, helpful and efficient. My car needed routine maintenance and some other work and all of it was done quickly and efficiently. I spent less than thirty minutes total at the service center including drop off and pick up (returning the loaner too!) Highly recommend it! More

Poor information given and no one answers the phone I had made a request for a loner car, and was told that there was one that would be available to me, and then on the day I had told them I would be in I had made a request for a loner car, and was told that there was one that would be available to me, and then on the day I had told them I would be in, the car was not ready and I had to wait on the phone and at the dealership for over 2 hours before they took me to the rental car center. Also, every time I tried to reach my associate I was on hold for over 10 minutes and many times wasn't even able to talk to him. I believe their system for dealing with calls doesn't work for the service center on any level. I was very disappointed with the service, especially since the repairs were so expensive. I will not buy a BMW again, and will not buy from Herb Chambers again, either. More

Little help with the navigation system issue The new BMW X5 has a navigation system issue, which is not resolved till now. It does not work properly, pointing to the completely wrong addresses.
