Noooo I returned to service department the service rep apologized had the car runnee fill my enfine with some strat cans of oil he found laying sround in the service bay what a joke and the price for all of this was over $900 the service department is ripoff city I have had my BMW serviced here before I should have known better More
Great and will return soon! The reason I came in was to have my rear brake light repaired to renew my state inspection. After replacing the bulb it went out again (notification o The reason I came in was to have my rear brake light repaired to renew my state inspection. After replacing the bulb it went out again (notification on my dashboard went off) and had to return the following day. It turned out the socket had to be repaired and had to come back in to have it repaired. In no way this was again Higor, but the service team should had quality controlled it. Higor was very attentive about the situation, and understood making a second trip the following day was a bit frustrating. He helped allocate the charges that were made the first day to put towards the fixes the second day, and also got my vehicle inspected on the same day to save me another trip. Upon receiving my vehicle back, Higor personally also came out to inspect the vehicle and tested the brake lights, which I definitely appreciated. You'll notice he's always with clients at his desk as I'm sure everyone wants to have their service consulted through him. I'll be coming back soon! More

I have had to go there due to the recalls on my BMW 330XI. Otherwise, I use an independent service shop where "condescending, arrogant, and rude" are not descriptive. Well done, James! Now I have another good story to tell regarding not only the incompetence of the Service Departments MANAGERS but also how Herb seems to employ only real schmucks (look up the origin and use that) who check their ethics at the door. One of the best dealership experiences Higor has been by far one of the most respectful and helpful SA. The first time I took my car was without an appointment for a failing Low Pressure Fuel Pump - they kept the car for a few days and he kept my regularly informed throughout the process. When I went back to pick it up, Higor himself went out to the back and brought my car down. I had such a wonderful experience with him that as soon as I needed to come in again, I just emailed him directly for his availability. He got me into a brand new loaner and within a day had my car ready! Can't praise Higor enough to be honest - great experience! Would rate him WAY more than just 5 if I could! - Kunal Parwani More

Damaged my car and repaired with velcro The dealership was working on my bmw i8 and called me to let me know it was ready for pickup. After a month of working on it they scratched the rear The dealership was working on my bmw i8 and called me to let me know it was ready for pickup. After a month of working on it they scratched the rear fender. They said they would repair it and once it was complete they called me back to pick it up. When I came back, both front fenders wweee scraped and the windshield was cracked all the way across. They agreed to repair it and when I came back again the car had been put back together with VELCRO! I still have a damaged vehicle after my car has spent two full months at the dealership. I called multiple times requesting to speak to the service manager and throughout the entire two month ordeal never heard back from them. More
