James is the worest worker there Look Guys, I called one day asking about service, and someone called James took my call and was talking to me as I'm not a customer. He was say to me Look Guys, I called one day asking about service, and someone called James took my call and was talking to me as I'm not a customer. He was say to me Sir you can't bit a house over the phone and when I started to answer , he said sir let me talk, then I lost my tamper and I raised my voice saying, Noooooo. I'm the customer, I'm calling to listen to my issue and try to solve it....it seemed like he didn't have the minimum skilss of customer service. I really like the sales guys and the general manager there. All of them are great except this guy, I don't know what problem he has. More

Did not put any oil back into my engine Almost had an engine failure after I picked my car up from having a new gasget replaced as I was driving the warning lihht went off on my dashboard sa Almost had an engine failure after I picked my car up from having a new gasget replaced as I was driving the warning lihht went off on my dashboard saying the car was “dangerously low on oil” total jole right? Noooo I returned to service department the service rep apologized had the car runnee fill my enfine with some strat cans of oil he found laying sround in the service bay what a joke and the price for all of this was over $900 the service department is ripoff city I have had my BMW serviced here before I should have known better More

Great and will return soon! The reason I came in was to have my rear brake light repaired to renew my state inspection. After replacing the bulb it went out again (notification o The reason I came in was to have my rear brake light repaired to renew my state inspection. After replacing the bulb it went out again (notification on my dashboard went off) and had to return the following day. It turned out the socket had to be repaired and had to come back in to have it repaired. In no way this was again Higor, but the service team should had quality controlled it. Higor was very attentive about the situation, and understood making a second trip the following day was a bit frustrating. He helped allocate the charges that were made the first day to put towards the fixes the second day, and also got my vehicle inspected on the same day to save me another trip. Upon receiving my vehicle back, Higor personally also came out to inspect the vehicle and tested the brake lights, which I definitely appreciated. You'll notice he's always with clients at his desk as I'm sure everyone wants to have their service consulted through him. I'll be coming back soon! More

SERVICE MANAGERS The service department is a disaster. The service manager, James Gibbons, is unhelpful. He is also condescending, arrogant, and rude. I have had to go there due to the recalls on my BMW 330XI. Otherwise, I use an independent service shop where "condescending, arrogant, and rude" are not descriptive. Well done, James! Now I have another good story to tell regarding not only the incompetence of the Service Departments MANAGERS but also how Herb seems to employ only real schmucks (look up the origin and use that) who check their ethics at the door. One of the best dealership experiences Higor has been by far one of the most respectful and helpful SA. The first time I took my car was without an appointment for a failing Low Pressure Fu Higor has been by far one of the most respectful and helpful SA. The first time I took my car was without an appointment for a failing Low Pressure Fuel Pump - they kept the car for a few days and he kept my regularly informed throughout the process. When I went back to pick it up, Higor himself went out to the back and brought my car down. I had such a wonderful experience with him that as soon as I needed to come in again, I just emailed him directly for his availability. He got me into a brand new loaner and within a day had my car ready! Can't praise Higor enough to be honest - great experience! Would rate him WAY more than just 5 if I could! - Kunal Parwani More

Higor Teixeira Higor has been my primary service agent since I purchased my 2015 Convertible M4. While the car has had no problems, I have needed regular service, o Higor has been my primary service agent since I purchased my 2015 Convertible M4. While the car has had no problems, I have needed regular service, one dent fixed and help with hail dents from getting caught in a storm. In every case Higor has been nothing short of fantastic.
