Complete lack of customer service at front desk. Service advisors were wonderful, but front desk service was very poor. Service was completed and paid for and then I had to wait an additional 45 min Service advisors were wonderful, but front desk service was very poor. Service was completed and paid for and then I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for my car. Front desk personnel did not tell me there would be a delay nor did they do anything to find the reason of the delay. There were at least 4 other customers waiting that long for their car, with no communication and no one was happy to say the least. Matt finally went and got my car. More

Best customer service ever. I recently took my car for repairs the only problem I have is the very next day the light went on which said add coolant. I figured it might have been checked out when it was there. For the light to appear, I felt might have been an oversite. If I have a leak then I would expect it would be covered under my warranty when you had my car. Knowing how Herb Chambers operates, I feel fully confident that if it is something more severe other than adding fluid you would take care of it and cover it. Your dealership is the best and Nick Mitrano is awesome!! More

Sloppy service and unexplained mileage I came in for an oil change and creaking in the side view mirror. 7 hours later I had to call three times before they informed me the vehicle was I came in for an oil change and creaking in the side view mirror. 7 hours later I had to call three times before they informed me the vehicle was ready. Three vehicle had 6 miles added (where mileage in and mileage out was the same on the paperwork) I asked about this and they said they don't take the car for joy rides. I pushed back they 6mi in the city seems excessive and there was no good explanation. They said they worked investigate but I haven't heard anything. Also for 6 hours they didn't fix the side view mirror and said they needed to order the part and told us WE need to call back to check if the part is ready. That's silly. Service should call me when the part is ready. Very dissatisfied customer here. More

Warranty issue The people I dealt with were exceptionally polite and willing to help. My vehicle is under warranty but the dealership refused to apply the warranty, claiming that BMW would not reimburse them for the repair. So I will need to go to court for reimbursement. As a general matter, this service center suffers from its urban location. Considerable congestion checking in, and then you have to wait for them to find your car when you come to pick it up, sometimes 10 or 20 minutes. And the amenities while you are waiting for repairs are incredibly cheap. I had to walk to a nearby deli to get a Diet Coke. More
