Poor information given and no one answers the phone I had made a request for a loner car, and was told that there was one that would be available to me, and then on the day I had told them I would be in I had made a request for a loner car, and was told that there was one that would be available to me, and then on the day I had told them I would be in, the car was not ready and I had to wait on the phone and at the dealership for over 2 hours before they took me to the rental car center. Also, every time I tried to reach my associate I was on hold for over 10 minutes and many times wasn't even able to talk to him. I believe their system for dealing with calls doesn't work for the service center on any level. I was very disappointed with the service, especially since the repairs were so expensive. I will not buy a BMW again, and will not buy from Herb Chambers again, either. More

Little help with the navigation system issue The new BMW X5 has a navigation system issue, which is not resolved till now. It does not work properly, pointing to the completely wrong addresses. Easy to schedule, easy to work with, accurate estimate I used the online scheduling feature and was able to pick a time and a date that worked best for me. During the day, I received texts and emails through out the day with a link to an easy to use system to select or decline additional services that were required/recommended.
