My *only* suggestion is to turn down/off the TV in the customer waiting area - it's loud and most people seem to be on their phones or working in the "study carrels." Straight talk, great service! I brought my 2014 Mini Cooper S Clubman in for it’s annual check up! Had my oil change and summer to winter tire/rim sway out done in just over an ho I brought my 2014 Mini Cooper S Clubman in for it’s annual check up! Had my oil change and summer to winter tire/rim sway out done in just over an hour, quick! Also got straight talk on issues related to my front end and brakes that will eventually have to be addressed, but thankfully not right now! More

Not a deal Took my car back for follow up service and they recommended 4 new items needed to be fixed from the 2 original items that needed to be serviced. Took my car to another BMW dealership with the estimate that they gave me and they only charged me $2,300 for the same items. More
