Communication vacuum Cannot recommend svc. dept until they address systemic customer communications issues. Took 4+ hrs. to reach advisor for status up-date on vehicle that was in for scheduled maintenance/recall repair - note vehicle dropped off 3 days prior. Experienced multiple call disconnects (4), multiple unresponsive pages by receptionist (3), unreplied text msg, and when finally reached advisor was told that I must have missed text/email that vehicle was ready. At pick up I pressed about supposed missed communications, and advisor admitted they were never sent...blamed TX based call svc. center. NOTE - I do not believe my svc. advisor was being negligent. There is a system-wide issue with how this dept. processes and communicates to customers. Also, multiple requests to speak with dept. supervisor were completely ignored More

Lack of Communicatuon Unfortunately, and especially given Herb Chamber’s reasons for entering the car sales business, this dealership lost the customer service lessons al Unfortunately, and especially given Herb Chamber’s reasons for entering the car sales business, this dealership lost the customer service lessons along the way. I brought my car in for an oil change. I returned mid afternoon to check on status. I was told “you should have let us know you needed the car today”. Really? Perhaps you should have asked “Is there a time by which you need the car?” i was told they would drive it over that evening if finished. First thing in the morning i called and was told it was ready. 10 m later i got a call that it was not. I said I needed to leave for NYC for three days. They said it may be ready that day but they had to order a part and to but take the loaner. I said “Please call me when it is done” 6 days later no call. I finally called and the person that answered the phone said “Oh ot was ready the day you left. I didn’t call you because you said you were going on vacation. At the heart of it, it was a comedy of errors which could have been so easily improved by a few PROACTIVE phone calls. Our sales person was amazing. The service hand off team has been a totally different experience. More

Aside from the unbelievable salesperson I had (Ahmed Jabrane) this Boston dealership falls short of the kind of customer service and attention provided in Sharon. More

No updates, requested service not done My car was at the dealership for 1 week. I left voicemails for Dan to give me an update, never got a call back, had to call the dealership to get in t My car was at the dealership for 1 week. I left voicemails for Dan to give me an update, never got a call back, had to call the dealership to get in touch with him for updates. Was offered a loaner vehicle 3 days later, after expressing my inconvenience multiple times. Also, I asked them to do two things in the car: 1. To check the tire pressure warning light. 2. To remove a sticker from the driver side front windshield. When I received the car (had to wait 30 mins for them to find my car!!!! Another problem), both the things were not done. The guy who delivered the car was kind enough to fix the tire pressure immediately (only good thing about the whole experience). After, I just drove away as I was getting late for another commitment. More

Horrible Service I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. When I tried to make an appointment for my 2018 X3 when my check engine light came on I was not abl I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. When I tried to make an appointment for my 2018 X3 when my check engine light came on I was not able to bring my car in for over 1 week without a loaner car and 2 weeks with a loaner car. I asked for simple confirmation that my car was drivable and was told that "no one can provide me with that information". I finally was able to drop my car off last Thursday night. It took over 20 minutes for me to wait in a line of cars to even enter the service area. Once in the service area, my license and credit card were taken promptly and I was then told to wait for a service advisor. There were three standing right in front of me as I waited. One was brushing his hair and the other two talking to each other. They then broke out singing happy birthday while I continued to wait never acknowledging that I was waiting right in front of them. I then approached them telling them that I was in a hurry as I had to pick up my son. One then stopped brushing his hair and the other took down my information. I then waited another 10 minutes for a loaner car and was brought out into the pouring rain and told that we would have to use our phone flashlights to ensure there was no damage to the car as it was pitch black. At this point I was soaking wet as was my phone. An umbrella would have been nice if I had to inspect the car in the dark and pouring rain. I am stuck going to this dealership for the next year and a half of my lease as there is no BMW dealership closer. I do love my car and have been a loyal BMW owner for over 10 years but this will be my last unless another dealership opens closer to Boston. It is also 5 days later and they do not know what is wrong with my car. Thankfully I have a loaner. More
