4 Visits /Virtually new car purchased there/Still not fixed I leased a new 700 series sedan for 3 years and purchased it last year. Sloppy service and unexplained mileage I came in for an oil change and creaking in the side view mirror. 7 hours later I had to call three times before they informed me the vehicle was I came in for an oil change and creaking in the side view mirror. 7 hours later I had to call three times before they informed me the vehicle was ready. Three vehicle had 6 miles added (where mileage in and mileage out was the same on the paperwork) I asked about this and they said they don't take the car for joy rides. I pushed back they 6mi in the city seems excessive and there was no good explanation. They said they worked investigate but I haven't heard anything. Also for 6 hours they didn't fix the side view mirror and said they needed to order the part and told us WE need to call back to check if the part is ready. That's silly. Service should call me when the part is ready. Very dissatisfied customer here. More

I was adamant that it was indeed a problem that would require replacement - Higor arranged overnight testing that verified the issue, replacement part now working perfectly. Warranty issue The people I dealt with were exceptionally polite and willing to help. My vehicle is under warranty but the dealership refused to apply the warranty, claiming that BMW would not reimburse them for the repair. So I will need to go to court for reimbursement. As a general matter, this service center suffers from its urban location. Considerable congestion checking in, and then you have to wait for them to find your car when you come to pick it up, sometimes 10 or 20 minutes. And the amenities while you are waiting for repairs are incredibly cheap. I had to walk to a nearby deli to get a Diet Coke. More

I know al components are original, but competition has much better pricing to the tune of making me think about changing to them. Other than that, it was great. James is very good. More

The service always takes a considerable amount of time-regardless of the type of service performed, and/or regardless of you're waiting in the waiting room. I had an especially rude experience with James, my advisor this week, and am seriously considering not leasing again with BMW due to these consistent issues. More
