Brett was great, he went above and beyond the call of duty on this one. We had an issue with the software on our new X7M50I. Brett arranged a tow for us, got it in the very next morning and had the car duty on this one. We had an issue with the software on our new X7M50I. I could not believe the royal treatment I received from Brett at BMW. It certainly surpassed the superior customer service I have always enjoyed at Benz. Brett listened to me very carefully and treated me with utmost respect. He set up a driver to drop me off and pick me up the next day. Absolutely no hassle. All my concerns with the car was taking care of and I drove back home a super clean car. Hands Down- 5* customer rep guy. A true gentleman!! I will certainly consider buying another BMW. I just ended my second lease with Herb Chambers BMW, and the car was such a joy to ride that I bought it at the end of the second lease period.
