Service Center Service Department! I dropped off my vehicle on yesterday to address several recalls, and I picked up my car today only to find everything thrown e Service Department! I dropped off my vehicle on yesterday to address several recalls, and I picked up my car today only to find everything thrown everywhere in a very disrespectful way. Everything was thrown on the floor, my cell phone holder for my from vent was on the floor IN THE BACK OF THE CAR, and things placed on my backseat were TOTALLY disregarded and thrown on the floor and folded in half!!! I'm VERY bothered and shocked by this. I wouldn't expect this from a hole in the wall shop, so this happening at the dealership is totally unacceptable. If the maintenance tech doesn't want to work, they should definitely not be there working and definitely not disrespecting the property of others as they have done. The guys upfront were nice and professional. The service tech, who worked on my car, needs to be fired!! More

Took 4+ hrs. to reach advisor for status up-date on vehicle tha Cannot recommend svc. dept until they address systemic customer communications issues. Took 4+ hrs. to reach advisor for status up-date on vehicle that was in for scheduled maintenance/recall repair - note vehicle dropped off 3 days prior. Experienced multiple call disconnects (4), multiple unresponsive pages by receptionist (3), unreplied text msg, and when finally reached advisor was told that I must have missed text/email that vehicle was ready. At pick up I pressed about supposed missed communications, and advisor admitted they were never sent...blamed TX based call svc. center. NOTE - I do not believe my svc. advisor was being negligent. There is a system-wide issue with how this dept. processes and communicates to customers. Also, multiple requests to speak with dept. supervisor were completely ignored More

I brought my car in for an oil change. I returned mid afternoon to check on status. I was told “you should have let us know you needed the car today”. Really? Perhaps you should have asked “Is there a time by which you need the car?” i was told they would drive it over that evening if finished. First thing in the morning i called and was told it was ready. 10 m later i got a call that it was not. I said I needed to leave for NYC for three days. They said it may be ready that day but they had to order a part and to but take the loaner. I said “Please call me when it is done” 6 days later no call. I finally called and the person that answered the phone said “Oh ot was ready the day you left. I didn’t call you because you said you were going on vacation. At the heart of it, it was a comedy of errors which could have been so easily improved by a few PROACTIVE phone calls. Our sales person was amazing. The service hand off team has been a totally different experience. More
