Straight talk, great service! I brought my 2014 Mini Cooper S Clubman in for it’s annual check up! Had my oil change and summer to winter tire/rim sway out done in just over an ho I brought my 2014 Mini Cooper S Clubman in for it’s annual check up! Had my oil change and summer to winter tire/rim sway out done in just over an hour, quick! Also got straight talk on issues related to my front end and brakes that will eventually have to be addressed, but thankfully not right now! More

Not a deal Took my car back for follow up service and they recommended 4 new items needed to be fixed from the 2 original items that needed to be serviced. Took my car to another BMW dealership with the estimate that they gave me and they only charged me $2,300 for the same items. More

Rude and incompetent - never a good combination! I use to enjoy excellent service with Matt Brown. He left and since then I had a couple of rude service people. I do not understand why such rude people are put in a position of public relations, but I do not like them. I do not care for the way they talked down to me nor the tone of their voice. Making matters worst, the mechanics are not the best. The last time I went into this dealership was for regular service. I was on a service contract. I believed I was due for an oil change; the obnoxious service person told me how 'wrong' I was despite what the manual states. I told him I would pay for it despite the service plan, that clearly I overpaid for! I was going on a long trip to NYC and wanted the car in really good condition. Besides, I love my BMW and wanted to take care of it. Despite me making this clear, 3 times, that I wanted the oil changed; they did not do this. I left the service station, and on the way to NYC, I was about 20 miles away on the Mass Pike, and the car started to set off alerts for 'low oil.' I had to pull over call the service person. He was typically rude; everyone in the car heard him on the car phone and was horrified at the condensation for an obvious mistake. Herb Chambers' service person wanted me to purchase oil from the Mass Pike gas station - NOT BMW Brand! - and Herb Chambers would reimbursement for the oil! So I paid Herb Chambers under an extended service contract for maintenance, including oil changes. I end up doing it myself, while dressed up, in an emergency situation, and they offer to pay me for the oil; again NOT BMW Brand. Outrageous! I have purchased many cars from Herb Chambers, because I thought they had good service. I currently own 2 BMWs I purchased from Herb Chambers. I will not do business with Herb Chambers again. More
