My calls and inquiries to the service department, specifically James Gibbons, are answered promptly and always respectfully with no sense of rushing or impatience. Details of mechanical issues are explained clearly and realistic and reasonable cost estimates are provided. The exceptional quality of work performed on my cars provides me an invaluable sense of comfort for myself and my family. I would also like to mention the exceptional provision of a loaner vehicle which I am most appreciative. More

Can’t be any happier with this guys, mark rabin owe you the world man, great guy. Took my car to bmw in Peabody was quoted $7,000 for repairs that “not to sure if it’s going to fix the issue, but it’s wher the world man, great guy. Took my car to bmw in Peabody was quoted $7,000 for repairs that “not to sure if it’s going to fix the issue, but it’s where we would start” $7,000 and they were not even sure if it would fix my issue, paid $250 for a checkup for them to read the lights and tell me car doesn’t start. Took it here and within a few hours they found the exact problem which was a bent gear and fixed it. More
