For the first time, I bought a BMW 535xi from Boston Herb Chamber BMW. Recently, I went there for a regular service and met with Brett Robinson, a customer service rep. I could not believe the royal treatment I received from Brett at BMW. It certainly surpassed the superior customer service I have always enjoyed at Benz. Brett listened to me very carefully and treated me with utmost respect. He set up a driver to drop me off and pick me up the next day. Absolutely no hassle. All my concerns with the car was taking care of and I drove back home a super clean car. Hands Down- 5* customer rep guy. A true gentleman!! I will certainly consider buying another BMW. I just ended my second lease with Herb Chambers BMW, and the car was such a joy to ride that I bought it at the end of the second lease period. A Professional and a Gentleman I have leased 2 BMW's through Herb Chambers, and bought/financed two more outside. I have had to come to this dealership for service a number of times I have leased 2 BMW's through Herb Chambers, and bought/financed two more outside. I have had to come to this dealership for service a number of times. A couple of times, I had powerful and telling interactions with Matt Krappe. On an alignment issue with my coupe, he did his best to ensure my satisfaction, and even helped work out a deal with BMW North America. He and his Assistant Service Manager Kyle are two professionals that meet high standards of a luxury car maker. Accessible, professional and fair. Reach out to him if you have any issues. Salesmen have been a mixed bag at the dealership but service is generally quite good. More
