Warranty issue The people I dealt with were exceptionally polite and willing to help. My vehicle is under warranty but the dealership refused to apply the warranty, The people I dealt with were exceptionally polite and willing to help. My vehicle is under warranty but the dealership refused to apply the warranty, claiming that BMW would not reimburse them for the repair. So I will need to go to court for reimbursement. As a general matter, this service center suffers from its urban location. Considerable congestion checking in, and then you have to wait for them to find your car when you come to pick it up, sometimes 10 or 20 minutes. And the amenities while you are waiting for repairs are incredibly cheap. I had to walk to a nearby deli to get a Diet Coke. More

I know al components are original, but competition has much better pricing to the tune of making me think about changing to them. Other than that, it was great. James is very good. More

The service always takes a considerable amount of time-regardless of the type of service performed, and/or regardless of you're waiting in the waiting room. I had an especially rude experience with James, my advisor this week, and am seriously considering not leasing again with BMW due to these consistent issues. More

My *only* suggestion is to turn down/off the TV in the customer waiting area - it's loud and most people seem to be on their phones or working in the "study carrels." But that is a very trivial concern. Mostly, I love visiting Herb Chambers for service! More
