Mostly great. The Detailing was excellent (minus the windshield where the oil chang sticker should go. Old Old sticker removed glue not. The current oil sticker dated 2-20 and 43,000 miles. Due to COV windshield where the oil chang sticker should go. Old Old sticker removed glue not. The current oil sticker dated 2-20 and 43,000 miles. Due to COVID car has not been driven so we passed the year not the mialge. We paid for an oil change (not sure if it was done) ? The 2-20 43,000 old sticker still on the window and no new oil change sticker. Two other things the check engine light was on when picked up no idea of the code and if it was checked. The other thing is the cigarette lighter port no longer works? More

He was extremely considerate and cognizant of our needing to get back home, quickly secured a new tire, took care of the problem and gave us priority even though we were not regular customers. I very much appreciate his efficient and sensitive service in alleviating what could have been a greatly anxiety-producing situation. More

They asked for a review - so here goes. Dropped working car off for regular service - they identified list of stuff that "should be done" - $6k later, I drove away and the car had 2 malfunctions that were car off for regular service - they identified list of stuff that "should be done" - $6k later, I drove away and the car had 2 malfunctions that were not there before the service - broken tire pressure monitor and bad intermittent thumping sound - took it back, delaying travel, they promised to get back to me first thing the next day - 11:15 and I'm still waiting for a call - more bad news??? Friendly staff - but? More
