They asked for a review - so here goes. Dropped working car off for regular service - they identified list of stuff that "should be done" - $6k later, I drove away and the car had 2 malfunctions that were car off for regular service - they identified list of stuff that "should be done" - $6k later, I drove away and the car had 2 malfunctions that were not there before the service - broken tire pressure monitor and bad intermittent thumping sound - took it back, delaying travel, they promised to get back to me first thing the next day - 11:15 and I'm still waiting for a call - more bad news???
