They have The BMW I want. I think they do good service. But every time I call, and tell them what time I want the car that they rod me is ready, they agree. And when I get there the car is not there at the driveway,and takes about 20 minutes to be found. And often I have to ask and someone tells me someone else had been asked to get it, and didn't. They may know cars, but they don’t know that people remember the last thing that happened in an engagement much more vividly than what went before. I always wish there were another BMW dealer as close to where I live, when I get intbthe car. More

The service was fine in that they did what they were supposed to do. But there were many issues: 1. They took 36 hours to change a tire that they told me they had in stock. 2. They told me my car w supposed to do. But there were many issues: 1. They took 36 hours to change a tire that they told me they had in stock. 2. They told me my car was being worked on and would be ready by 630. I arrived at 6 and told them. They told me they would let me know when it was ready before they closed. They closed without telling me leaving me stranded without a ride until an employee helped me get a loaner. 3. I complained the next day about 2 and no one seemed to care. So, while I’ve had good service in the past, this was awful service. Hopefully it is not predictive of future service. More
