I just ended my second lease with Herb Chambers BMW, and the car was such a joy to ride that I bought it at the end of the second lease period. I have had to come to this dealership for service a number of times. A couple of times, I had powerful and telling interactions with Matt Krappe. On an alignment issue with my coupe, he did his best to ensure my satisfaction, and even helped work out a deal with BMW North America. He and his Assistant Service Manager Kyle are two professionals that meet high standards of a luxury car maker. Accessible, professional and fair. Reach out to him if you have any issues. Salesmen have been a mixed bag at the dealership but service is generally quite good. More
Service Center Service Department! I dropped off my vehicle on yesterday to address several recalls, and I picked up my car today only to find everything thrown e Service Department! I dropped off my vehicle on yesterday to address several recalls, and I picked up my car today only to find everything thrown everywhere in a very disrespectful way. Everything was thrown on the floor, my cell phone holder for my from vent was on the floor IN THE BACK OF THE CAR, and things placed on my backseat were TOTALLY disregarded and thrown on the floor and folded in half!!! I'm VERY bothered and shocked by this. I wouldn't expect this from a hole in the wall shop, so this happening at the dealership is totally unacceptable. If the maintenance tech doesn't want to work, they should definitely not be there working and definitely not disrespecting the property of others as they have done. The guys upfront were nice and professional. The service tech, who worked on my car, needs to be fired!! More
