Matt would listen to every details and write notes down to pass it to the technician. He goes beyond what I could ever expect and whenever problems have arisen, he would deal with them effectively, quickly and in a friendly positive manner. Matt he is extremely professional and knowledgeable and explains matters through and goes out of his way to resolve my automotive concerns. It is not a surprise for me because I have interacted with Matt since 2009. Though, he would be busy with other clients over the phone, but he would welcome me with a smile and humbly listen to my concerns and take care of them immediately without a second thought. Overall, Matt has a great interaction and positive attitude and would go the extra mile to make his customers pleased and happy.
