I’ve arrived around 7am to get my car serviced. It was quiet busy and there was only one service advisor available(James Gibson) . He was a overwhelmed and frustrated since there was a long line. Anyways I asked him a few questions in regards to service. He seem very agitated that I was asking him some clarification questions then proccee to say “ if you know all the answers why are you asking” totally unprofessional and rude. In the future I will be bringing my car somewhere else to be serviced. More

Service took way too long! No updates while waiting. Only needed an estimate on the work the car needed and it took 5 hours. No one even told us when the car was ready. We No updates while waiting. When car was ready it took 45 minutes to bring it out. When car was finally brought out they left it parked up a hill instead of bringing it to the door which they said they would do. More
