I confess to being conflicted on this review. I was promised a free service when I bought the car at Herb Chambers Jaguar a year earlier but every key employee involved in the sale or service wa I was promised a free service when I bought the car at Herb Chambers Jaguar a year earlier but every key employee involved in the sale or service was no longer employed there when that one year came up. James took care of everything and even discounted the price of service for me. The work was estimated at 2 hours and took 4 but that's the way with everything these days, not tragic. My issue was that my car had the original manuals along with some personal papers in a black leather holder in my glove box that disappeared while they had the car in their possession. I was promised it would be replaced (minus my personal papers) but in a month I've heard and received nothing. That someone there would take my stuff tells me that if I go back I can't leave anything of any value in the car. That I was promised a replacement and have been forgotten means I can't trust them, but the work they did on the car itself was certainly satisfactory and the car was clean when returned. More
