I had the most exemplary experience having my cars first service appointment. I was continuously notified of the progress and sent a video of my car being worked on. The gentleman who picked up my car and returned it to me was very careful as well as the gentleman who called about the pickup. I received a text that my car would be ready upon arrival the car was still being worked on when I arrived and had to wait another 30 minutes for me to pick up my car..Also when I went to drop off the loaner the car was still being worked on when I arrived and had to wait another 30 minutes for me to pick up my car..Also when I went to drop off the loaner car the woman at the front desks was eating a half pint of Hagen Daz ice cream and could barely understand her.Very unprofessional .I have been buying cars from herb for a while and the service seems to be getting worse!
