During my first service of my 1 y old X3, the service people discovered that rodents infested the engine compartment. They chewed some wired and damaged some parts that had to be replaced. Although this was expensive (insurance does not cover it), it was necessary. The dealership immediately offered a replacement car for free, I got back my car the next day, cleaned and washed. This was very professional and the service was great. More
