I’ve taken my car to several BMW’s across 3 different states, and this is the first bad experience I’ve had. My car went in for very routine (few hours worth) work. I had to reach out for updates about m states, and this is the first bad experience I’ve had. My car went in for very routine (few hours worth) work. I had to reach out for updates about my car every step of the process. I finally called on day 3 to check if my car was ready and was told that it had been for days (why didn’t anyone tell me?). On top of this, I got in my car and within a day or two noticed some white smoke coming from my engine. After some searching, I discovered that my coolant was completely empty - it was 100% dry! The fact that no one noticed or told me about this is pretty unfathomable. Overall, just a really poor experience with BMW. More

It was a very mixed experience. Every few years I try to go to this dealership when I need something, but it always ends up the same. Yes, the people who I talk with on the phone ar Every few years I try to go to this dealership when I need something, but it always ends up the same. Yes, the people who I talk with on the phone are nice, the service is quick, but they ALWAYS give you absolutely EVERYTHING on the car that you could possibly fix as something you should really take care of no matter what you came in for. My husband is a mechanic so when it came in, he said that only one of the five things recommended really had to be done, and so we did that and are taking it to another mechanic he trusts who will charge WAY less, probably half - of what this particular dealership charges. I also am often in Rhode Island and the BMW dealership there is the opposite. They always try to tellme what I can do but I really really really trust them. This dealership is always going to tell you to fix EVERYTHING right now and charge top dollar even if it's not really necessary. Sad to say it but this is true. More
I have been buying and servicing my cars from this dealership for many years. Yesterday, when I brought my car in for service, I noticed that everyone was happy. Without blinking an eye he( Kevin B), went online and helped me renew my registrtation. It took more than 30 minutes! I drove home understanding why I keep going back. More
