At the time I made an appointment for my 1 year service on my M55i, I was told it would take an hour. I called back a bit later to request a state inspection, and the person on the phone said they'd do it on my M55i, I was told it would take an hour. I called back a bit later to request a state inspection, and the person on the phone said they'd do it along with the one year service and the appointment would take an hour and a half. When I dropped the car off, I was told the service would take two hours, so I decided to wait. Mistake! After three hours waiting in the waiting area with no update, I inquired and was told there was a delay in car wash. I told them to forget the car wash and give me my car. When I got the invoice, I saw that they, in fact, did not do the promised state inspection. Unacceptable! More

Without Matt assistances I would had got nothing done, with dealing with coverage company to my BMW. The only reason I leave Randolph / Braintree Ma to do service with Chamber of Boston, is because of Mat with dealing with coverage company to my BMW. The only reason I leave Randolph / Braintree Ma to do service with Chamber of Boston, is because of Matt! everyone else is great, but Matt is above the rest.
