Got a document with a list of supposed service needs including new tires, new spark plugs and rear brakes and rotors. The car has 27,000 miles on it and does not need any of those things. Also the prices quoted for the brakes and spark plugs was 2 to 3 times the local prices as shown on the internet. Ya gotta wonder!!!!! More

James was very responsive to arranging replacement brake and tire service on short notice. He also got me paperwork to get $100 BMW Bridgestone rebate which made the tire pricing more competitive with retai and tire service on short notice. You pay a little more at the dealership for all this, but you know you’re dealing with professionals and they will deal responsibly and quickly to any issues or concerns. More

James in Service was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done when I first got there. The Service Technician sent a very helpful video by text showing the problem he discovered during his inspe needed to be done when I first got there. The Service Technician sent a very helpful video by text showing the problem he discovered during his inspection. James then helped me understand what extra needed to be done. The work was completed in the predicted time. Complementary Lyft rides to home and back were a nice extra touch. More
