This was my first time bringing my vehicle to Herb Chambers BMW. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough about Service Representative Julieth Pineros. She did a great job exp Chambers BMW. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough about Service Representative Julieth Pineros. She did a great job explaining what was wrong with my vehicle, getting parts ordered and my vehicle serviced. And she treated me like a VIP, got me a loaner vehicle and kept me informed every step of the way until the work on my vehicle was completed. When I picked up my vehicle it was washed, vacuumed and running as good as new. I highly recommend Herb Chambers for all of your service needs. More
